Well I ll try again.
My research on the great tribulation begins with Rev12:1 with the woman about to give birth. Apparently the woman the Apostle Paul spoke about at Gal 4:24-26, God's universal heavenly organization. She gave birth to the male that would shepherd all the nations and was caught away to God and to the throne the Christ, this was 33C.E.
The great tribulation appears to have it's begining after the war in heaven when Michael ousted the Devil, with woe, (tribulation) on the earth. First it came on the Apostles then continued on the remaining ones that have the work of bearing witness to Jesus. Rev 12:7-17. Also see: Acts.
According to the historical record the tribulation continued on for the next 2,000 years. The inquisition actually instigated and supported by the ant-christ, (apostate religion and corrupt politics), (church and State). This is identified scripturally as a two horned lamb, speaking as a dragon, coming out of the earth, (the stable elements of society), with two horns of power. Rev 13:11-18.
The tribulation would continue symbolically (10 days) or until the church (the bride of Christ, those who would rule with Christ as kings and priests) was gathered. Rev2:10; 6:9-11;20:6.

Thanks Nobby!
I corrected the scripture reference, as it should be. It's Rev.2:10. The 10 days are a symbolic 10 days, as ten represents completeness.

Thanks again! The Sage
