God wants youir body....in very good working order.....Healthy, active.....
Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service.
12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
1 Corinthians 10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 6:19 What ? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own ?
6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
Ephesians 5:10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. _________________ Matthew 5:11 Blessed are ye, when [men] shall revile you, and persecute [you], and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. |

Hi Silver,
You ever notice the two major extremes in the bible:
Famine and Fatness...
Lev 19:36 Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I [am] the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.
not too thin and not too fat..but to find a balance...
It's not always an easy thing to do...balance.. but we can try..
hugs

I think it's about harmony between the physical and the spiritural.
Mark 7:18
And He said to them, Are you then without understanding" Do you not realize that nothing from outside by entering a man can defile him."
We can eat, drink and be merry, but Jesus goes on to state what we cannot do.
Mark 7:21-22 For from within, out of the heart of men, come evil thoughts, adulteries, immorality, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deciet, shamelessness, jealousy, blasphemy, pride, foolishness.
I personally wonder what God considers foolishness? Any ideas on that? |

God considers foolishness to be
any Hatred of fools or foolishness or any word.Mt 5:43-48.
1 Corin 1:
25Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
26For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise;
and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
1 Corinthians 3:
18Let no man deceive himself.
If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
With the Wisdom of Love
for fools and wise,
for foolishness and wisdom,

Atoz: Perfect!
Therefore what had to be the sin of all those who God killed if God did it in Love?
See 1 John 2:9-11.
With Love,
