I can absolutely, guarantee weight-loss, while at the same time push your body into the MOST healthfull state, its ever been in !!!!

The answer is .....Sprouts !
Take any seed.

It has very little Vitamin C or E...ect... in it, if any.
Sprout it, and the vitamin(s) nutritional content increases some 300-600%.

All the vitamins-minerals, increases at an unbeiveable rate when sprouted.

Protein content of the seed, breaks down into more absorbable aminos acids, making digestion much easier.

The same goes for Calcium also, which is hard for the body to absorb, in the first place.

Remember Daniel, from the Bible , when he would not eat the King's foods ?
He chose pulse.....

1:12 Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink.
1:13 Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenance of the children that eat of the portion of the king's meat: and as thou seest, deal with thy servants.
1:14 So he consented to them in this matter, and proved them ten days.
1:15 And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat.
1:16 Thus Melzar took away the portion of their meat, and the wine that they should drink; and gave them pulse.
1:17 As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.
1:18 Now at the end of the days that the king had said he should bring them in, then the prince of the eunuchs brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar.
1:19 And the king communed with them; and among them all was found none like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: therefore stood they before the king.
1:20 And in all matters of wisdom [and] understanding, that the king inquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians [and] astrologers that [were] in all his realm.

Pulse, is sprouted grains and fruits, vegetables, ect.

Sprouts, are loaded with enzymes, which is life.

The more enzymes a body has, the more energy, more resistance to illnesses you have, the clearer a person can think, and reason out problems.

Almost every disease known, is because of a lack of some nutritional deficiency....in the body.

Enzymes, breaks down foods into useable elements for the body to use.
Extra fat, is stored in the Body, and is there because there is not enough enzymes to break it up into components to be taken out of the system.

Lipase---which serves to break down fat.

Protease---which breaks down proteins.

Amylase---which breaks down starchs.

These are some of the main ones, but there are 100,000's of other enzymes needed, for the body to fuction properly !!

EVERY fuction of the human body relies upon enzymes....from getting carbon dioxide out of the body...to moving your little finger.

It is physically impossible for a person to gain extra stored fat, in the body ...IF the proper enzymes are present there !

There is some fats in the body that are neccessary for Life, and there is enzymes for that also.

The fats in raw vegetables, fruits, are neccessary for life, BUT once heated above 112 degrees, the enzymes are killed, and then that fat becomes dangerous.

Cooking oils, are proof of that fact.

Olive oil is great stuff....IF .....left unheated.

A little investigation on this subject should convince anyone, of sound mind.

So are we to wear them? Bathe in them?

If I understand what you are saying, I could then sit in my Lazy Boy all day, every day, watch TV or read and simply eat sprouts and all my health concerns would be over...

I have been concentrating on eating a lot of fruits and vegetables lately. Some of my meals consist entirely of fruits &/or veggies and I seem to be losing weight.

I started doing this because often at work there's way too many temptations. If I have a little baggie of baby carrots or grapes or watermelon chunks...IOW, something to snack on besides cheesecake, I find it easier to resist those temptations.

I recently started having smoothies in the morning. I have about 4 oz. before I leave in the morning and about 8 oz at work. I combine vanilla yogurt (or sometimes a little sherbet), strawberries, bananas, blueberries &/or raspberries, a bit of ice, a little apple juice and sometimes a little flax & a few walnuts. It's delicious and I am not kidding a bit when I say I feel great when I drink one. I'm energetic and ready to take on the world.

P.S. Did you know that blueberries are known memory-boosters, they aid in vision preservation and help stave off heart disease and cancer?

Luv

Just paying attention to what you eat in the first place is a great weight loss aid, almost regardless of what you're eating.

I can believe that, Luv.
God's original plan for our health, is ALWAYS perfect.
After all, God designed the human body, and He alone knows, what it best for it to stay in excellent condition.

Yes, I knew this fact, as well as Blueberries have some of the most powerful anti-oxidants around.
In fact, I grow Blueberry bushes around my house.

God's Laws of health involve exercise, fresh air (outdoors), positive attitude, absolute trust in God, Bible study (for the mind), healthy foods prepared as God designed them...raw and fresh as possible, without too much cooking.

Pardon my confusion. I had no way of know this from reading your OP.

I question though, where God gave us laws about exercise, fresh air, and foods raw and fresh as possible, without too much cooking...

What did Adam & Eve have and do...in the Garden of Eden ?

THAT was the original plan for mankind...forever....IF they had not messed it all up.

And that includes exercise, fresh air, raw fresh foods, Sunshine, ect...ect.

NOW, because of sin, we have hospitals, drugs, WARs, poverty, disease and illnessess of all kinds, cold and hot weather patterns, the list goes on and on.....

There are no references to exercise in regards to Adam and Eve, no references to eating raw food...

Additionally, you choose to ignore that God ordained the eating of meat after the ark landed. Should we eat raw wheat grain? Raw meat?

Apparently you've never worked in a Garden before, huh ?

Genesis 2:15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

As to eating raw food.....what do you think grew on trees ?

Cooked cabage ?
Baked bananas ?
Roasted nuts ?

I didn't ignore anything....yet.

The eating of 'clean' flesh foods was to reduce man's lifespan...which it did.

YES, sprout it first, though.
The vitamin E content increases many, many, times over.
Vitamin E is one powerful antioxidant, helping to keep a person very healthy, as it helps oxygenate the brain for clearer thinking.

Quote:

Raw meat?
God said HE would take the life of any person who eats the blood, which is in the meat.

Genesis 9:4 But flesh with the life thereof, [which is] the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

9:5 And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man.
