" For Christ [is] the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth" (Romans 10:4).

The Greek meaning of the word, 'end' is.....goal, destination, object to attain to.

So, that Bible verse could eaily read this way........
Christ is the means, with which to keep the Law, for Righteousness sake, for all believers.

Right.

So since Christ is God and God is Love, Christ is Love, the Love that is the means by and with and in which to keep the law in or for the sake of righteousness, for all beleivers.

in the Love in which all the ten are to be kept and not kept,

No such thing as 'not kept'.
Jesus said, IF you love me, keep them all.
