We have had an influx of new members lately and I have failed to welcome each of them individually. (must be a time managment issue - no matter how hard I try I cannot manage to create time....)

Allow me to wish each one of you a hearty welcome to the board. I am JP, one of your moderators, most of you have been greeted by Nobby, our board administrator, and MoJo, splazzatch, our other moderators.
