What denomination are you a Rev. in service to?...or is it just a moniker ...Just curious! Cool |
You assume much, you listen very little, and you base personal attacks on your uninformed assumptions. I've already addressed your silliness at least three different times.
BTW. Are you a Saint? You screen name is StElsewhere, are you claiming the mantel of sainthood as bestowed by the Roman Catholic church?
Perhaps if you weren't so intent on judging and condemning others you might be able to open your eyes to what is being posted and maybe learn something. _________________ JP's Mind - my blog

Well ain't you special...And this coming from the one who couldn't give a bible verse in support of his on statements ...Like I said ... real special...(' ')
The intent of this forum is to offer a platform for a free exchange of ideas, nothing more, nothing less.
Then why are posts pulled with no explanation? If the forum is a platform for free exchange of ideas? Especially when there were no personal attacks?...Just asking! (' ')

...really...darn I thought I had cornered the market in pointing out silliness...(' ')

FYI: Saints were established ....thousands of years before the NT...let alone the RCC:
Deu 33:2 And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand [went] a fiery law for them.
Deu 33:3 Yea, he loved the people; all his saints [are] in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; [every one] shall receive of thy words.
Perhaps if you weren't so intent on judging and condemning others you might be able to open your eyes to what is being posted and maybe learn something. |
...and yes I am ...a Blood washed Saint of the True and Living God!...Thanks for asking! ... and you? |

Posts are never pulled (except the porn ones) Why do say they are pulled?

StElsewhere, we rarely move a post, & then you'll hear about it. Now we may have moved a complete thread & your post was a part of it. If you have an opening post & one of us moves it we usually leave what is called a shadow post it says it has been moved, if you click on it, it will take you right to it.

What God Had Blessed Earth With Is Now An Abomination!
Actually, I understand the scriptures to indicate that God Himself has done this. Is it not declared that some of what He created and allowed at one time, He later declared to be an abomination. For one, I’m referencing the time when mankind was permitted to consume all manner of flesh versus the abomination of doing so per Leviticus. Not Until the Laws of Leviticus do I know of it being proscribed of the Jews that numerous meat must be rejected. Therefore, I personally question how horrible the act of committing an abomination is viewed by God? Should we make an issue of Gentiles disregarding Kosher regulations? Perhaps ‘abomination’ is just one of those words that has been exaggerated because of its common usage within the English language and not because it defines the most horrific of crimes against Creation, Man or God.
StElsewhere, Personally, I don’t believe gays have any reason to be singled out as subjects for Holy Wrath. Immorality is in general the most enticing sin which humans have to guard against. By far heterosexual indiscretion is the major source of that sin. God appears to indicate that He loves his fornicating wife with an everlasting love and when she is old, no longer desirable in beauty and haggarded doesn’t He take her back to His bosom? When no other man will have her in spite of her offering them money to come to bed, He above all will. His Grace and Love trump Moses’ Law and Condemnation. I desire more of those qualities in myself. |

| Quote: | | quote="StElsewhere"-Gays have taken ..outright stole something that was God-Given and twisted it into something that should be despised in every quarter...the Rainbow...What was the rainbow given for and by whom? ...As a promise ...by God... |
It's all about perspective. The rainbow for gays is merely a representation of the fact that gay people are found in all races, social settings, and cultures. Besides, nothing can be stolen from God. BTW, where in the bible does it say the rainbow was given as a promise? Thank you.
| Quote: | | And now look ...Those who delight in the despises practice of that which ... God has from the beginning ...called it an "abomination"...have stolen and co-oped God's Rainbow... twisting it into something representing the most vilest thing in the LORD'S sight... |
Is it really the vilest thing in the Lord's sight?
| Quote: | | Boldly ...in the face of the Almighty..is flown their emblem of solidarity ...Is not the Rainbow the tie that binds recognition of gays and lesbians together? |
The rainbow is a symbol for gay and transgendered persons. There is also the pink triangle, but I don't see that one too much anymore. It's still around though, I'm sure.
| Quote: | | You can call me a homophobe or intolerant...it matters not...and I care not...God was robbed...the one thing I can't be called is...a LIAR! |
As I said, one cannot rob God. And, yes, you can be called a liar. You cannot if you've never lied. |

8 Then God said to Noah and to his sons with him: 9 "I now establish my covenant with you and with your descendants after you 10 and with every living creature that was with you—the birds, the livestock and all the wild animals, all those that came out of the ark with you—every living creature on earth. 11 I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be cut off by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth."
12 And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: 13 I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. 14 Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, 15 I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. 16 Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."
17 So God said to Noah, "This is the sign of the covenant I have established between me and all life on the earth." Genesis 9:8-17 NIV _________________ Don't get caught in the trap of thinking you know everything God has to say b/c you've read the Bible. Remember, God is STILL speaking. Thanks, Evee. I only found two reference to rainbows online and in my concordance and not one revealed these texts to me. Human error strikes again. Even in regards to biblical things (smile). |

A Gay Pride March....DISGUST and SHAME!

WOW. I had to take a deep breath after reading that. Your anger is so misdirected. You are speaking as if homosexuals are the only group of people to misuse/misrepresent one of God's Creations. Or is it that you are just strangely connected with rainbows? This statement leaves you so open-ended. By referencing this statement as true and factual I could call every county that is under a flag blasphemers because they are using "God's colors and shapes" to indulge in their sinful sense of pride. This statement is ridiculous yes, but that is intentional to prove my point.
| Quote: | | twisting it into something representing the most vilest thing in the LORD'S sight | Do not make such asinine statements. Do you claim to know to what severity God judges each and every sin? If so, tell me please, why does he view homosexuality as more vile than rape, murder, & war? _________________ Nowhere does the Bible state that the sexual orientation of homosexuality is sinful — it merely instructs anyone, gay or straight, that any sexual act that does not spring from a place of love, respect and commitment to the other person involved is sinful. |
