Sorry but I don't see the Book of Sirach. This book forms the very foundation of the Scripture, and contains the most powerful moralisms that underly the Christian faith. To exclude the Book of Sirach is to literally exclude knowledge of some very great sins. Many Biblical studies and speeches on sin almost quote Sirach exclusively. _________________ "Light destroys shadow, light creates shadow. Such is the transience of darkness" |

| I agree only I don't think this book appears in most Protestant Bibles, I have it in this Bible because it's Catholic. |

Black Light,
If you tell me what order the book should be, (where to place it) I will try to get it in there.
Right now is a bad time were having trouble with the software on the boards. Right now when a page fills & it moves to the next pg it's not registering the next page.
But I'll try to get it up as soon as I can!
None of you guys have posted in any of the books we already have, that was requested!

The order doesn't really matter. In my New American Bible, Sirach comes after Wisdom but before Isaiah.
The Bible takes quite a long time to read and understand, so I hope you have patience with us novices.
Thank you very much Nobby. _________________ "Light destroys shadow, light creates shadow. Such is the transience of darkness" |

The book of Judith was and is in the Septuagint bible which predates any other bible version.
The NKJV is not a King James bible, it is a Thomas bible, they are not related versions.
The KJV still comes with the Apocrypha (KJVA)
It always has but you have to make that distinction when purchasing your bible.
