Born in Orland California (way north), raised in most of the rest of California, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado. Moved to Indiana at 13, Now reside in Fort Hood Texas, a teensy bit west of Waco (tipping my virtual hat to fellow Texans), soon to be living somewhere in Germany.

Like my Dad used to say every time we moved, "It's time to shake the dust of this ole town off our feet, and gather dust from another".

Okay, so a buckeye is about a worthless nut. (Except the chocolate and peanut butter ones, which are truly outstanding.)

But an OHIO STATE BUCKEYE is about 12-0 right about now. Not bad for a bunch of corn-fed boys, playing in a horseshoe-shaped stadium!

...and their coach is a great Christian and man of God....and a big "Fellowship of Christian Athletes" supporter.

Haven't been there in years, but between Cedar Point, Kings Island, Sea World, Geauga Lake, Pro Football Hall of Fame, College Football Hall of Fame, Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame, and others I can't think of this early in the morning, Ohio had some great places to spend a day at...sigh.
