I'm not sure if this is a suggestion or a command.

Either way it is irrelevant, I have read all of his books, and many of those about him. I understand fully what his detractors have to say about his ideas on child rearing and where they are on the spot, or have gone wrong.

I simply do not agree with much of his philosophy on discipline, and behavioral leniency.

Just today in fact on the "Today" program, the author of this bill admitted the impossibility of enforcing such a law. We already have laws against the truly abusive things that are included in this bill and I sincerely hope it goes down to defeat there in California.
