What could a NON-Christian college teach a person who is trying to live a Christian life anyway ?

Umm... arts? Sciences? Or maybe one of the other ten billion things which is not mentioned in the Bible...

Sad indeed. The last paragraph pretty much sums up how far Harvard has fallen:

Quote:
It would have also marked a nod to Harvard's roots as a school founded to train Puritan ministers 370 years ago.

Ain't doing any of that anymore... very sad.

All universities have lowered their standards considerably. It just turns out that Harvard is no exception.

It really doesn't matter (within reason) where you do your undergrad. Of course people love ivy league schools, but there isn't that much of a difference between a B.Sc in computer science from, say, Stanford and the University of Toronto. It's only in grad school where you start to see big differences.

I'm sure dropping that requirement was a sigh of relief for the Pundits...the group discussed in the link above...

and they've added lots of "relevant" classes too...

Some folks here look at the government and decry the fall of America...I look at our schools.

Amen. But the government sucks as well.

No worldly school, can teach Godly Principles.

The Book of Proverbs alone....can teach a person more than the most of the great colleges can teach.
