you know that 3rd horse man the black one in revelation?
today on MSN.com
a little bite I took to put here:
The price of food, medical supplies and gasoline rose by as much as 500 percent in parts of Lebanon on Thursday as Israel’s relentless bombardment destroyed roads, bridges and other supply routes. The World Food Program said estimates of basic food supplies ranged from one to three months.

Interesting observation!
And this is just speculation on my part ~ I think that the opening of the seven seals, the blasts of the seven trumpets and the pouring out of the seven vials of Gods wrath, take place over a very large time span. (Not the seven years that most teach.) As a result, I have always thought of the black horse began its ride at the beginning of the great depression, and what was called "The dust bowl", that preceded World War II.
God help us all if there are worse things than these on the way. _________________ Gabbylittleangel

What we see now is a walk in the park compared to the great Tribulation.

Yes, Jesus said that all these things were the beginning of birth pangs.
But birth pangs get harder and closer together as the time gets closer.
So what started in the years of the depression Gabby hmm, since then it's been going around the world in more severity.
All around the world, not just here or there.
I believe the whole world is considered Jerusalem. And that the whole world gets swallowed up in victory. The whole world gets plunged into darkness. God so loved the world.
It's not just a section, even though to Abraham was given a section.
But now there is Both Jew and Gentile and we inhabit the whole earth. So to me Jerusalem is God's footstool. The earth we live on.
There's other prophecies that are hitting right on target. And they happen today.
But if I put them here, then would you see it? don't know.
Can somebody explain to me why they throw rice at weddings?
What the tradition is about.
I'm thinking it may play a BIG role in prophecy...
God Bless

That was cool Siam...
Thanks...
I was thinking Condoleeza Rice getting tossed around the world...
At the time I wrote the post I believe She was in Israel working on that Peace Plan with Palestine.
Then Syria, where She headed now? N.Korea?
funny how words come together sometimes LOL...
Rice was explaining why the Bush administration wasn't moving more quickly to stop the fighting that had already begun to kill hundreds of people and to destabilize the region. She had recently commented that the mayhem marked "the birth pangs of a new Middle East," and now she was noting that birth pangs—or, in her new metaphor, tectonic shifts—take a while to play out.

wierd how that happens LOL
God Bless

and then I found:
Condi Rice Renamed
Energy giant Chevron Corp. has quietly renamed one of its big oil tankers.
The Condoleeza Rice, named after the former Chevron director and current National Security Adviser to President Bush, was renamed the Altair Voyager, the San Francisco Chronicle reported in May.
In April, at a White House press briefing, assistant press secretary Scott McLellan was asked about the oil tanker.
The reporter put it this way: “Before she became National Security Advisor, [Rice] was on the board of directors of Chevron Corporation. Chevron –– before she left –– named an oil tanker after her. There’s an oil tanker named the Condoleeza Rice. It’s a 136,000 ton oil tanker that carries oil around the world. Given that Chevron has been accused of human rights abuses with the Nigerian Mobile Police against civilians in Nigeria, I’m wondering whether the president thinks it’s wise to have this close a relationship with Chevron.”
