i was wrapping up a table today...and hurt my back somehow...wierd huh?...prayers please...thanks...

I will pray that you stay away from tables... they seem to give you nothing but trouble..

Oh yeah, I'll pray for quick healing too....

i pray that you will find many blessings in your life through the pain in your back, i pray that you can use that pain to be united to christ more deepy as it helps you ponder the pain in Christs back as he carried his cross.

take two aspirin, and grab an ice pack. Place the ice pack on the sore spot for twenty minutes then go soak in a hot bath for another twenty minutes and get a full nights rest.

It should feel better in the morning... Very Happy

If not...repeat the above proceedure.
