| I want to respond to Lesbianism in a Biblical fashion. I was able to locate some discussion in Leviticuas, Deuteronomy, Romans and 1 Corinthians but these seem to alude specifically to male homosexuality. I feel that the word of God strongly speaks against these practices but can you help me out with a dirrect reference? |

I have found these verses for you. I hope they help.
Galatians 5:19-21
1 Corinthians 6:9
1 Corinthians 7:2
To me 1 Corinthians 7:2 was convincing enough to me that women being with women is for sure wrong. It says that to "avoid fornication a woman has have to have her own husband" , which the Bible clearly defines a husband as a man. So, just that in itself should explain that being a lesbian is wrong.
Also, the Bible says that sex outside of marriage is wrong. And marriage is for a man and a woman obviously, according to 1 Corinthians 7:2. So, sex between two women or two men is obviously wrong.
I would like to try and find more verses for you. If you don't need them then someone else might find them useful. Also, for me cuz I was suprised at how most of what I found was directed only at men.
Gotta go. Hope I helped at least a little.

Rom 1:26-27 speaks directly about women
26 For this reason (48) God gave them over to (49) degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural,
27 and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, (50) men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.

With the soon to come overpopulation of the world don't you think that homosexuality is natures way of reducing the head count before we're all extinct? Such as the black death, small pox, and so on...?

It is my opinion that one should consider culture, history, and society when studying the bible. Some would disagree with me here, stating that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever, but I believe that is in reference to His character and not necessarily His instructions. Consider His prohibition on the Jews in regards to the eating of certain foods in Leviticus. This was something God instructed Moses to convey to the people of Israel. However, in Acts, God reveals to Peter that the eating of these 'unclean' foods was now permissable. So, you see God changed in a sense after having established guidelines on the Jews, He changed his mind, so to speak, and contradicted what Peter, a Jew, had come to know as law. My point in regards to the lesbian issue and why the bible seemingly only refers to male same sex acts is that because of the culture and society of the time, females were viewed as property and the male was of higher importance and so, what the male did was payed attention to more so than what a woman did. It most likely was of little importance considering females were of low class and value anyway, so who would care what they did as long as they were available to the men when needed for whatever reason.
