I think Letterman summed up O'Reilly pretty well when told him,

O'Reilly really lets Letterman have it in his latest book... Culture Warrior. It is almost hilarious how pathetic and petty Letterman comes across when the facts are exposed.

At least Letterman is just a comedian who tries to make people laugh... By contrast, O'Reilly's job is to misinform the American public so that evil men have an easier time making the world a worse place...

If thats the same interview i saw then it must be old...at least 4-5 months ago. But yes oreilly got his clock cleaned on that show...IMO.
Its not suprising that Oreilly is goi tit fer tat now. I wont be reading 'culture warrior' though-doesnt interest me.
I give Oreilly credit when he helps get laws passed that protect children, or things like that. But i dont see being in lockstep with the Bush Administration original at all. Just mu .02
Letterman is an old favorite of mine-stupid funny, and Oreilly I can say is entertaining if nothin else...

The interview was last week... not the one from 6 months ago.
O'Reilly actually talks about that interview in his book and states that he was sucker punched the first time on and wasn't going to let it happen again...
