Hi All,
How many of you have witnessed, God's
healing power??
Is.53:5
But He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on Him; and with His stripes we ourselves are healed.

Mt. 4:23
¶ And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.

(1) Does Jesus realy Heal?
(2) Have You ever seen anyone Healed?
(3) How do we know it was Jesus that realy healed us?
Just some thoughts to chew on!

Yes, i have witnessed many healings.. and i myself have been healed of many things. just in the past few months... a lady has been healed of epilepsy which she had for 18 yrs.. and ... a good friend of ours.. was healed of cancer..i myself was born with a cataract on one of my eyes.. they said they couldnt do nothing about it.. and that i would always be blind in that eye.. well to this day.. i can see half of everything.. God is good.. and still a miracle working God.... it was him who healed all these ppl.. and there is no doubt about it.

Yes I have witnessed the healing power of God, also I've been healed by Him!
you mentionend a lady beimg healed of epilepsy which she had for 18 yrs!
I've had epilepsy for a little over 19 years! I pretty much control it with daily medicine! I have diabetes & my lungs are shot! I'm a mess! Nuff of that!
13 years ago I was rushed to the hospital
I passed out on the way there. I awoke the next day on a resperator fluid around my heart & lungs. My heart only pumping 20%.
I've said all this for one reason to give God the Praise & Glory!
He kept me thru that stay in ICU My wife told me later they didn't think I would make thru the first day.
Three years ago I got up to go to church that Sunday morning. My wife said "Nobby", (that's what she calls me too) Nobby, God's going to heal you today! You think so Honey? We went on to church, and I had no sooner entered the church and started down the isle when one of the ladies of the church touched me on the arm as I walked by. What she said next about floored me! She said Clarence (that's my real name)The Lord has told me, that He's going to heal you today! Wow! I was flabergasted! But then it didn't seem as if anything was happening.
Allow I did feel the Holy Spirit opon me.
Monday morning I called my doctor, I made an apointment for the next day.
They ran tests. I didn't hear nothing for a while.
I new my lungs were still bad & everything seemed the same! Then I got a letter from my doctor.
"Clarence I don't understand?" When you were in for your anual up in July (6 months ago) your Heart Muscle was still very weak less than 50%! Now it checks out perfect!
The Holy Spirit living in my heart, wanted a perfect home! Not one that wasn't up to par!

Have you ever heard the song
"What a Healing Jesus" It tells the of the healing power of Jesus!

Hi Nicole,
Not so much the healing of our body, although that this is important. But much more important, is our spiritual healing.

Mt 18:8 And if your hand or your foot causes you to offend, cut them off and throw them from you. It is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.
The verse is pretty nuch self explanatory.

It would be better to enter Heaven halt, maimed and blind, that to go to hell with all of our faculties.

Two years ago this last October I was very sick. I was a smoker with asthma. I did not have any problems with my asthma until this time. ( Stupid! yes !) my husband (boyfriend at the time)and I went out to eat mexican food. When we got home my husband went to work and I layed on the couch in severe pain unable to breath or move, thinking I was having a heart attack at the age of 28. It got so bad I had to call 911. went to the hospital thought I was going to die right then and there. They gave me some pain meds and it helped with the pain some. They took me down for a CAT scan. Scan showed somthing in my lungs a spot of some kind. They give me the news. "you have a tumor in your lung" holding back the tears till they wheel me back to the room with my mom and husband. Saying to myself OH GOD PLEASE HELP ME. Ok see all the Doctors, Pulmonologist, Surgeon, Radiologist, you name it I saw them. They all said the same thing. I had a tumor in my lung and now they want to go in a remove it along with part of my lung. I prayed all the time. At that time I didnt read the Bible. But I did talk to God alot. I lost my father in Jan of the same year, Lost my great grandmother a few months later, my grandma just had a colon cancer, and my grandfather well now he has cancer eating away at his neck and thyroid and is loosing his mind. And now its my turn. I thought the world was againt me total fear that my little girl was going to grow up with out her mother the only parent she knew. Started taking meds for the asthma Steroids ( they are bad drugs) got fat and then depressed. Now Im on drugs for that as well.

I went in for my surgery in November. They started preping me. I cried the entire time I just knew that when I went under I was not coming back. I believed it in my heart of hearts. The Doctor came in and wanted to do one more x-ray to make sure it was still the same size and did not spread or anything. Waiting in the room with all my family to some this may sound crazy. But I saw and felt my father in the room sitting with all of us. I still makes me cry to this day. Got the x-ray and then waited. They wanted one more.
45 minutes later thay came to my room and told me there was nothing there it was gone. I could'nt understand what they were saying to me how does a tumor just go away. At the time I thought it was my father who saved me. but as time has gone on and hearing your story and reading my Bible I now know that it was my Father alright. God had to have done it he is the only one that could have healed something like this.

And now I have a second chance. I am tumor free,and drug free except for my asthma meds. oh yeah I have not smoked since i was in the hospital two years ago October.

After reading your Post I just want to say......well I'll just say it WOW!!
I feel so glad for you! You have felt the healing power of Jesus.
You now have to witness to others of what God did for you!
To give Him all the Glory!!
As a witness to unbelievers for their lost souls.

Yes, I've witnessed God's Healing in my life, and the lives of others.

At three days old, I almost died because of breathing problems, the doctors told my mother and father to say goodbye, for I wouldn't make it through the next hour. A preacher friend of my mothers overheard that statement and began praying....37 years later, I'm still here.

At age 14, I was diagnoised with a brain tumor on the brain stem, and told to go home and wait for one week until they could try to operate. I was not given a good prognosis of making it through the surgery. I went back to the hospital one week later, so they could operate. They ran some tests, to see just how much it may have grown over the week, and to be certian where exactly it was located. The doctor walked into my room, and told me to go home. He was crying. I thought he meant to go home and die; he said "No, go home and live"...the brain tumor was completly gone. During the week I had been home, I told one person what I was going through, and she prayed quietly with me in her home, for God's Healing...and Thank the Lord, he did heal me.

When my brother was 9, he was injured in a farming accident, and in 24 hours his left leg had already turned black with Gangrene. He was taken to the hospital to have his leg amputated. That's the only thing they could do for him. I went home to a friends house that night, to wait, and began praying for him, along with others, who we had called to ask for prayer. We received a phone call the next morning to come to the hospital. I thought it was to wait for the surgery, but no, it was so the doctor could tell all of us, that in only 12 hours, with no medication, no treatment at all, the gangrene was completly gone, and no amputation was necessary..Praise God.

My partner's youngest son was born blind, no optic nerves. They realized this when he was about 3 months old. This devestated mother, got down on her knees and prayed for a miracle. Within 3 months, the doctors said that her son could see, and that the optic nerves were still not there, and there was no possible way, but he could see. He sees 20/20, and still has no optic nerves. God's Miracle in action.

There is so much more of God's healing in just my life I could tell you about, but I think you get the picture. God has been with me, and has laid his healing hand on me more than once, or twice or even three times. He has touched and healed many of my friends and family from devestating illnesses or injuries...I praise his Holy name!!
