is the earth expanding?

common sense would tell me that if two rocket ships that begin at a single location, both travelling in opposite dirrectons at the same speed....
Then each side would hear eachother twice as slow as from where they began.

but wouldn't it depend on how tight the line of communication is betwwen one point and another..because the tighter you pull the line, the easier it is for sound to travel because of less obstructions in the line..fine tuned.

of course until the line breaks or becomes slack, then communication would become less fine tuned and disrupted?

yeah anywhooo..

What if it's not our universe that's expanding. I don't know much about black holes and all that or even if they truly exist, but the theory goes something like...a black hole eats up whatever comes near it's mouth growing bigger and more powerful as it gets fuller.

So what if there is a black hole that is near full, and we just dont see it because black holes are black and there is no light in them that we can see, they are camoflouged, then if it were to say become filled to extreme fatness by that one last mouthful and burst, all that energy would have to create something maybe, and it might create a new star..sun.

which may be bigger than our own sun, say 7 times bigger, and then it would just end up burning us to a crisp.

I'm trying to look at the universe and black holes and suns in their ultimate extremes so that we might find what causes them, how they react, how to determine if there is one near by even if we can or can't see it.

All things that have life begin with some kind of energy, or body..
and a blackhole is what cylindical or round? it must have some kind of form, and that form expands until it pops. and everything that was in it gets spewed out...
creating new universes all around us.

So who's to say we're not a neighbor to one of them and their moving closer and getting bigger and eating more every day...

what if it's like 10 universes away can we see it?
yet?
and if it gets big enough to eat whole universes then hey it wouldn't take long for it to be even at the door would it LOL..not funny..

I was thinking...( I'm gonna burn out my brain cells LOLOL)

information is expanding, knowledge is expanding, technology is expanding, science is expanding, the universe in our mind is expanding, so if everything internal is moving outwards, then came the earth..(population like FFT said) then I just kept going as far as my mind would go which is finite.

And then I thought of a rubber band..you can only go so far before either it snaps back in on itself or it totally breaks/snaps.

Like a mind snaps, or alzheimers, or reverting back to a mind of infancy,
trying to go backwards is more difficult because it goes against our nature.
As long as we've known it seems as if we're always going forwards.
But what if time or energy or space or all of them are not just going in one direction.

Maybe time moves forward and space reduces.
and then it changes direction,
time starts moving backwards and space increases.

I have a real stupid question...

can time be moving backwards and we just don't know it?

I wonder if there ever was a time when the earth did a total flip on it's axis.
So what should be day is night, and what should be north is south, and what should east is west???

Like an image reflection of the outside physical world, compared to our inner workings of the mind.

working in opposite directions, the flow of energy.

I think my mind is frying...hey maybe thats why we get headaches....

The mind is an awesome thing to study..the way the energy flows on it like a fiery communication system travelling back and forth like a fire storm..
