did they refer you to any verse in particular?

No; otherwise I would have quoted it. I don't even know if it's true.

Here is the opening quote:
***************************************
Introduction: We must first of all know that the entire Bible is corrupted and unreliable and is mostly filled with man-made laws and corruption! "`How can you say, "We [the Jews] are wise, for we have the law of the LORD," when actually the lying pen of the scribes has handled it falsely?' (From the NIV Bible, Jeremiah 8:8)"

The Revised Standard Version makes even clearer:
"How can you say,
'We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us'?
But, behold, the false pen of the scribes has made it into a lie. (From the RSV Bible, Jeremiah 8:8)"

In either translation, we clearly see that the Jews had so much corrupted the Bible with their man-made cultural laws, that they had turned the Bible into a lie!

atoz: Since in Love of ourselves as honest and as liars, we want the Introducer to be honest, we thank him for his honesty and for knowing and using 3 versions the Old Testament as proof of his point.
We then point out to him that The Hebrew God he is quoting agreees with him!
So that Hebrew God is as honest as him.
So we ask if he is following the Koran's Golden Rule which tells him to love himself as a liar so he can love liars as himself?
Then we wait in Love....for that point to sink in.

What are your thoughts of the passage in Jeremiah 8:8

atoz:

Jeremiah 8:8 (King James Version)

In Love it means:

How do ye WHO IN THE FOOLSIHNESS OF HATRED FOR OURSELVES AND OTHERS AS FOOLS say,
We are wise, and LOVE, the law of the LORD is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he THAT LAW OF LOVE WHICH IS THE WISDOM OF LOVE FOR BOTH FOOLS AND WISEMEN;
the pen of the scribes is in vain BECAUSE THEY WRITE IN HATE OF FOOLS.

It clearly means what it says BUT also means that it is said in LOVE of liars AND In Hate ONLY of the sin of Hate for liars which sin Of hatred made the jews lie about their lies, and which hate made jews hate goim who were also liars as Jews, and which hate is why God sent those very goim on the jews, and which hate made God out to be a liar!

Therefore, the only probem with that Muslim website is that they ALSO hate themselves and others as liars!

Paul is more eloquent:

Romans 2
1Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest [in Hate]:
for wherein [Hate thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself;
for thou that judgest doest the same things.

2But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth [IN HATE] against them which commit such things.

3And thinkest thou this, O man,
that [IN HATE] judgest them which do such things,
and [IN HATE] doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

4Or *despisest thou* the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering [OF LOVE];
not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

5But after thy hardness and impenitent [HATE IN] heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God [IN LOVE];

6Who will render [IN LOVE] to every man according to [THE HATE IN] his deeds:

7To them who by patient continuance in [LOVE IN ]well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

8But unto them that are contentious [IN HATE],
and [IN HATE] do not obey the truth,
but IN HATE] obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath IN LOVE,

9Tribulation and anguish IN LOVE, upon every soul of man that doeth evil IN HATE, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

10But glory, honour, and peace, to *every* man that worketh good IN LOVE, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:

11For there is *no respect of persons* with God.

12For as many as have sinned [IN HATE] without law shall also perish [IN LOVE] without law:
and as many as have sinned [IN HATE] in the law shall be judged [IN LOVE] by the law;

13(For not the hearers of the law IN HATE are just before God, but the doers of the law IN LOVE shall be justified.

14For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature OF LOVE the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law OF LOVE unto themselves:

15Which shew the work of the law OF LOVE written in their hearts, their conscience OF LOVE also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing IN LOVE or else IN LOVE excusing one another;)

16In the day when God shall judge WITH LOVE the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.

17Behold, thou art called a Jew,
and restest in the law,
and makest thy boast of God,

18And knowest his will,
and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;

19And art confident that thou thyself art
a guide of the blind,
a light of them which are in darkness,

20An instructor of the foolish,
a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.

21Thou therefore which teachest another,
teachest thou not thyself?
thou that preachest a man should not steal,
dost thou steal LOVE BY HATING OTHERS?

22Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery BY MIXING YOUR LOVE WITH YOUR HATE?
thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege BY HATING WHO AND WHAT GOD LOVES?

23Thou that makest thy boast of the law,
through breaking the law OF LOVE dishonourest & HATEST thou God?

24For LOVE, the name of God, is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.

25For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law OF LOVE:
but if thou be a breaker of the law OF LOVE,
thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.

26Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law OF LOVE, shall not his uncircumcision IN LOVE be counted for circumcision?

27And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law OF LOVE, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law OF LOVE?

28For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly;
neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

29But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly IN LOVE;
and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit OF LOVE, and not in the letter;
whose praise is not of men IN HATE, but of God IN LOVE.

How can we so upset with Muslims who use our own qword against us BY QUOTING *OUR* GOD?
Only if we are also in hate of that God and his word to love family and strangers like the Muslims.

In Love, we wd be thanking them for reminding us of our own Bible, and reminding them of quotes in the Koran by Allah, their name for our God, to love THEMSELVES and so to love US as themselves!

sigh
qed.

in Love,
atoz
