Thank you but I have understood who God is since I was a child and now understand it even better. The Lord is always showing me new things. I was wondering what TOTBS thought about it.
God Bless Everyone! |

Magnum,
Your begining to sound like a broken record.
Same thing over & over. That's the way it is when you don't have a good answer!
You always knitpick! You only answer where you can give a sarcastic answer!
Which really means you don't have an answer!
God Bless you Magnum,
Nobby

Hi Magnum,
You are right! I never looked at the date.
And no I don't want to pick a fight with you.
Forgive me,

Magnum,
I notice you have posted some things talking about proof of the bible and physical evidence of its truth.
I have a question for you...
Can you give me physical evidence that you exist??
It's even kind of silly to require evidence for the spiritual. That realm does not work like the physical realm. If we were to show you evidence, it would not be physical in nature. And, if you don't have the Spirit of God, you would not be able to discern it. |

hi Larryjf,
This thread belongs in the Bible debate forum. Please don't debate in Noah's lounge. I'm moving you there.

wow, me responding to sara's original post has to be like really beating a dead horse, but it's the first time I saw it. So my apologies, but I do feel like I need to address it.
I am truly blown away that sara is surprised that "non-believers" (who, I assume to be all those who are not christian) get "defensive and rude" when she talks to them. It is evident that she is implying by 'talking to them', she means trying to convince them that christianity is right and their beliefs are wrong.
Would she not react in a similar manner if someone tried to convince her how wrong she is to believe in jesus and that she really should believe in allah, for that is the true and correct religion? perhaps, not at first, but I would be willing to bet that if someone was persistent in their efforts, then she would probably start to get defensive, and maybe even rude! I don't mean to make any assumptions about how she might react. I don't know her, so it would be unfair for me to do so. However, I think it is a natural human reaction to defend what you believe is right. |

Greetings Magnum and everyone else. This looks like a really cool party...almost interesting but predictably frought with theological dysfunction "us vs. them" antagonism. So please let me introduce myself, I am St. Michael the Archangel. Okay, not really, but I do love a good fight and what I'm seeing here is nothing short of a lameduck posting session.
Like many people, I became a Christian when I was young and followed certain beliefs which were stupid and almost cult like. I'm middle aged now and I'm not sure what I believe. Except to say that I like the idea of Christianity....but I don't like many Christians because of their hypocrisy. I'm really torn here. On the one hand, I could hug Magnum because of his borderline harrassment toward "You People", and on the other hand I would invite him to make his point or show him the door.
I live in a smaller town and it's been my observation that many people commute to churches 30 miles away because they believe one way and live another way and small town folks will call you on your sins and/or lack of consistency.
But I'm open minded and searching for the truth which is why I suppose I stumbled onto this Web site. Also, I appreciate good or at least decent argument and debate. I'm just not seeing anything like that here. But if you are up to a challenge on some of the issues of modern Christian life and can answer some questions with the truth, well, I would appreciate the service.
So tell me something, Magnum. Do you have a point to make or do you just come to these sites to throw a few punches? And since I'm sitting on the fence here, do you really think the grass is greener in your yard?
Best Regards,
St.Michael |

Just a little something I thought you and the others might find interesting (reading that is).
It most certainly is my favorite read.
