Revelation 6:2 I looked, and there before me was a white horse! It's rider held a bow and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

WHITE HORSE? Hmm. Chapter 19 also speaks of a rider on a whhite horse, JESUS. I believe the rider on the white horse mentioned in Chapter 6 is non other than the counterfeit Christ, or anti-christ. He will come forth with a bow. A bow was an effected weapon in John's day; a symbol of military power. Hoowever, nothing is said about arrows, so many think this rider will come forth as a man of peace (false peace). The world will be loking for such a ruler who can put an end to nuclear weapons, environmental and economic problems, poverty, etc. He will go forth as a conqueror bent on conquest, thereby abandoning his peace program in an attempt to dominate the world. But his use of force to attain his goal of world dominion will be a disaster, resulting in the persecution and death of all those who oppose him. The earth will have charismatic leader negotiating peace treaties that are fake. He (the Antichrist) is going to turn the streets of the world into a blood-bath. According to the prophets, one-third of all humanity is going to be massacred under this monster who is going to make Adolf Hitler look like a choir boy. Israel has yet to endure her darkest night. I believe the peace process now under way will prove alas to be a Trojan Horse. Instead of bringing the long-sought for peace, it will bring the Antichrist and the most horrible war the Holy Land has ever known.

Do you think the anti-war protesters will have the peace they are asking for? Do you think it is better for people to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior right now before it is too late? Well, I do. If we do, we won't have to experience this because we will be Heaven in God's peace.

there definately different takes on this verse.
If you attribute it, to the antichrist and you have given descriptions of the antichrist character, then what would be the signicance of the white horse.?
What does white horse imply? and can you say the white horse of chapter 19 woul be any different. Sadam rode a white horse. Was he antichrist, by a literal view he might be for some. but for others they may of thought him to messiah.
Why do you think he rode a whtite horse?. just b/c , is was purely coincidental.? and if he didn't yield the allmighty power and influence of the antichrist then we could safely say 'he was the false antichrist'? lol

Well, we know that Satan deceives right now on this earth. Therefore, the anti-christ will disguise himself as being Christ, and part of that disguise is a White Horse. Sadam is perceived as a type of Anti-christ, just like Hitler, but are not not the anti-christ.

If Satan deceives right now then where are you living.? Who does Satan represent? Have you seen Satan?
Jesus said "there are many antichrists, among you now." type of?

and if antichrist should come with deception in him, speaking as though he were christ, do you think his actions would be perfectly following the 10 commandments? Any body who claims to be christ, even in disguise must be a pretty good faker hence he would have to be doing or saying something pretty deceptive for the world to be deceived, wouldn't you think.?

So wht is the promise of the devil that he is so smart, to deceive the world, that he sounds like the christ but is not.

You are saying the antichrist is present right now, but you don't know who he is. Could it possibly be that you are even fooled by this antichrist and blinded by him so that you can't tell who he is?

And i know by what you have said elsewhere you are a literalist, so then he must have a white horse in that case right? So where is a man on a white horse if you say he is in the world right now.?

Have you ever watched the movie: Schindler's List?

I believe the white horse represents the swiftness of being able to come in and take control. Not only of a few, but a whole country and nation. Hitler's attempt was to control the whole world through one perfect race of people. Killing and destroying all who got in his path.
The similarities between the holocaust and the prophecies about God's people are very disturbing to say the least. I could give you quotes from The bible that would describe what happened to a T.
He didn't kill them all though, because God keeps his promises. God said he would save a remnant and scatter them throughout the earth. He still keeps his promises he made to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And he will keep his promises he made with David.
Didn't the Jews know? Hadn't they read in the prophecies what was going to happen? Didn't they see Hitler riding the white horse and coming to destroy them? Why were they led like sheep to the slaughter? Why didn't they fight back?
Fear.
Can you only tell if a prophecy has been fulfilled, and not in the process of it? Is it so close and under your nose that it becomes invisible?
The disciples asked Jesus once: Was this man born blind because of his sin or his parents sin. Jesus said not on account of sin was this man born blind, but so that the works of God could be manifested in him. Some people, I believe are created for a purpose that is for God's not so glamorous works. I believe Hitler was created for this purpose. So that like Pharoah being raised up in the days of Egypt, God's word can be fulfilled. There's always an if, though. If, God says, You trust in ME and keep MY words, then these things will not come upon you. Were the Jews not trusting in God? Were they not keeping his words?
In the movie, and I know it's a movie, but it's supposed to be based on facts. In the movie, it seemed to me, that the people were more interested in their stuff more than their own lives. They became rich in goods but not so rich in God. They had left their first love and followed after money. There were a few rabbi's and devout Jews, and in the movie one of these such rabbi's got put on Schindlers list. I believe his faith and his hope saved his life.
But who was this Schindler? He was a businessman, a very savvey businessman. He was only in it for the money. Jews were cheap hire. They would listen to him, and they would get the work done. He wasn't a Jew, he was a Gentile. But even through the riches and the gain, this guy had a heart. He had compassion. Did he believe in God? Jesus? Buddha? Allah? Was he taught the bible daily? did he pray? did he believe that he was a messiah for these people? No, I don't believe so. He was just a man, given a job to do that he didn't even know he was doing.
There were many such ones as he at that time. They were raised up for that particular cause. To do the will of God. Both sides of the chess board is God's side. God owns the chess board and he has created each piece individually and for its own purpose. All things are done by and for the glory of God.
So what religion or belief did this guy have that no one else had, that would give him this particular job? None that the story tells about, But one that we can see right in front of everything. Love for another. Love for a fellow human being. He risked his own life to save these people. These specific people. There names were on a list. He could have had any people. But these, these were the ones he had to have.
Somehow I got the feeling like their names had been written in a book of life. That these events that happened are for our learning.
You know there's a lot of people that want to say this never happened and sweep it under the rug. They don't want people to understand how these things get led up. It's when one particular individual or idea, or theology or religion, believes that they are the only ones worthy enough to survive. Thats when you start seeing wars and fighting and abuses. If you don't do it my way, your ignorant, useless, and not worth a dime. Can you see this very thing happening today? Do you see how one body of people goes up against another body of people and says do it my way or die?
I believe nations are set against nations, because all nations fail in God. There is none good, no, not one. No matter how righteous they appear. No matter how much they show to the world their perfections. There is none good. I don't even think a person truly knows their own heart. It appears that they are following a certain set of do good rules, but who truly knows the intentions of ones heart. Am I following God because I truly love him and his ways are just and true no matter what I may think about things he does? Or am I just covering my own butt saying I love you Lord and not doing what he says. You can't put your own self on the list. By trying to put yourself on the list that means your taking someone else's name off to make room for yourself.
In my heart, whether I live or die, it is up to God. Because only he alone knows my thoughts heart and mind. I can't earn my way into his grace. I can't buy it, or do enough to earn it. You either believe God, and your heart is right with him, or you don't, and it's not. Regardless of your race, religion, age, sex, or nationality. God does not discriminate a persons heritage, He desciminates a persons heart. You will not be saved because you belive in a certain religion or ideology. Because you try to be good for salvation's sake. You have to be good for goodnesses sake. You can't Love people for salvation's sake. You have to have love for love's sake. You have to want to do good because it is right and your heart is in alignment with good.
There are some people that do not believe there is a God. And the question is: Will they be saved? It depends on their heart. Do they have to pray 3 times a day, or go to church, or even profess that there is a god? Do they have to belong to a certain religion or denomination or ideology ?
What if a person has no beliefs? And yet takes in a neighbor or friend when things are rough, or hands them a few bucks when monies tight. Hey man, can you give me a lift to the garage, my cars in the shop and I need a ride.
Does that persons unbelief nullify him from the good that is in their heart? I believe when push comes to shove, it's not what you say that's going to matter, as much as what one feels in one's heart.
And as far as end times go. The further men wander from love the more tribulation we will go through. That when Love overides Hate then salvation will come. I don't believe it will be a knight in shining armour that is going to save the world. But the Love of God that has been placed in our hearts, this is the salvation of the Lord.
I don't believe this love has to be a particular brand of love. All love is from God. And when we as a human race of people can put aside our differences of religions, philosophies, ideologies, greed, power, and fame. When we can just love our neighbor for the sake of loving our neighbor. Then we will be loving God with all our hearts and mind and souls.
Time to turn the world around before our own righteousness destroys us.
First the evildoers have to be removed. Just like hitler was destroyed in the end, so will the present evil in our own time will have to be removed.
Nations will fall, calamities will happen, judgements are happening in the world every day. And it may seem that the good guy is getting the raw end of the deal. I believe that a lot of the bad is getting punished. removed. And the only way for a nation or world to begin again fresh and clean, is to remove the dirt. As long as we keep beating up our fellow man, whether it be physically, or emotionally we will only be heaping more coal on our own heads. There is only one right way. That is the way of Love. Any other way will not get you where you think it is you might be going. And where is it that you think your actually going to go?
When you die you die. If you live again, will you remember where you came from? Does your slate get wiped clean and you get to begin again. Do you come back as born again? Literally?
I believe that there are those who come back. Who live their lives again and again. That this is eternal life. That your spirit is renewed with each new generation. That if you do good in this life, that you will enter in again with a new life. And if you do bad you don't come back. But that each generation decides to be good or bad as an individual. Sometimes it seems like there are a lot more bad than good. But the good ones are quiet and humble and they are out from under the law. They do not commit crimes, therefore they are not in jail. They are the ones that are unseen, like angels that are sent and go on about their business without ever getting their 15 minutes of stardom. They are humble and loving and caring. Not because it is what the world expects from them, but because it is in their hearts already, and they already have this in themselves. They have a conscience and they have affection for life. Your life is either heaven or hell depending upon the true intent of your heart. Many go through tribulations in this life, maybe something is missing or maybe they are just being made perfect. Is there an end? An end to what? What are you looking for? An end to life, no. and end of the earth? no. God says the earth is forever. An end of evil? I believe that's up to mankind. We have been given a very strong weapon against evil. It is called Love. And maybe you have it and maybe you don't. If you don't have love, then hate will control you. Maybe hate someday will be eradicated from the earth. Maybe Love will overcome in the end. But then we will begin again. We will start anew with a new name, and a new mind, and a new heart. But I believe the spirit of the man will live on. Whether in this earth, this age, or this existence, we are who we were created to be. And when everyone can except everyone as a creation of God, then death will be swallowed up in victory. For where there is love there is life. And where there is hate only death resides there.
It's time to put away the weapons and just accept the fact that God is in control. No matter what side of the chess board your on. Love goodness, love kindness, love your neighbor, For in so doing you honor the one who gave you the ability to love in the first place. God is Love, and Love is life.
You can't have one without the other and expect to be happy and joyful and to live abundantly. These are the promises that have been made to those who love God: If you Love me and keep my commandments, then all these blessings will come upon you.
And what are the commandments that fulfills all commandments?
Love God,(which is love) with all your heart, mind, and soul. So to say, Love Love. Love goodness. Love mercy. Love kindness. Love peace. Love Joy. Love the very act of Loving. Be grateful, and thankful that you have been given an opportunity to feel love, to experience love.
Love your neighbor as you Love yourself. Know that they are who they are and what they are because God made them exactly the way they are for himself and not for any other purpose.
If anyone one is good or bad in your eyes, it is not your eyes that matter. But the one that created them for that purpose, those eyes are the ones that matter.
Do you believe you can save someone if God has chosen them to go a different way? How do you know that this other way isn't Gods way for this persons salvation? What if God decided even before that person was born, that for that person they had to take the wrong way, in order to get to the right way? Do you believe you can give them a shortcut? The only way a shortcut will become available is when God determines it for that individual. Maybe that shortcut will lead them the wrong way? Maybe they were on the right path and someone came along with good intentions and tried to show someone a better way. And along this new path the individual becomes frustrated and unsure and gives up all together. Did your influence have any influence on the outcome of this individual? Still I say no. God is in control, and if this influence was the wrong one then the person wasn't listening to the leader, his heart in the first place. And they would stand or fall whichever way the plans had been laid. But all in all, that fall may be what leads back to the heart in the end.
I believe that what will be will be. end of story. And our own responsibility of our own time on this earth is to love with as much of the capabilities that is in us towards each and every man. Whether good or bad. Right or wrong. Rich or poor. Religious or athiest. That in the end it makes no difference to the one that made us, as long as we do all we do for the glory of God himself ourself. When it comes down to the finish line, and it's just you and God, one on one, the question will be: how much did you love with the talents I gave you to love with. and some will say much, some will say some, and some will keep it for themselves and hide it away.
The riches and wisdom and gold and silver, the diamonds and pearls, and all kinds of knowledge come down to one word, and one word alone.

God threw Lucifer out of Heaven because He wanted to be God himself. Then became Satan, and the Bible says about one third of the angels who followed him were thrown out too. They were thrown down to earth, and many were locked up in Hell. I believe that Satan is now releasing many of these spirits now because He knows his time is near to his destruction. He wants to win over souls right now for his kingdom.

The Apostle John in his first letter to the Church, not only mentions the anti-christ, but also anti-christ spirits. If one says for example that everyone will eventually be saved and go to heaven, this is a teaching of an anti-christ spirit, who deceives. The Bible says that Satan comes as a thief, to kill, and destroy. Let me give you an example: In the surge of advocates for peace, voices of desent will be shouted down or ignored. The peace process will cease to become a political action; it will become a spiritual mandate for a nation. Based on the words of the prophets of Israel, I believe this peace process will lead to the most devasting war Israel has ever known. As far as the White horse goes, I believe he will try to imitate Jesus, and try to confuse with the comparison of the White Horse mentioned in Rev. 19. He (the anti-christ is going to turn the streets of the world into a blood-bath. According to the prophets, one-third of all humanity is going to be massacred under this monster who is going to make Hitler look like a choir boy.

Yes, Jesus is love, and His love should be displayed by all Christians. I, myself, will always preach the True Gospel and not sugar coat it. I would rather preach in boldness, and not love someone to hell. All one has to do to be saved is to believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins, and was resurrected on the third day, and confess with our mouths, repent, admit we are sinners, and make Him Our Personal Lord and Savior. It is with the mouth that one is saved, believing, trusting, adhere to that God's Word is True.
