where did the people come from?

Hi all,
not sure this is the place to post such questions, but after looking around, this seems as good a place as any.
my question is: where did the people that adam and eves kids married come from? i'm going to assume that any answer to this question will be speculative since there is no scripture that i know of that answers this.

Hi Paul,

In my opinion,
you have to begin at the end to get to the beginning.

Rv:21:1: And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Rv:21:2: And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Rv:21:3: And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
Rv:21:4: And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Rv:21:5: And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
Rv:21:6: And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
Rv:21:7: He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

Gn:2:1: Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
Gn:2:2: And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Gn:2:3: And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

I believe Adam and Eve began in the Garden of Eden, which is located in Jerusalem in the Kingdom of God.
And when pride came to Eve in the form of a serpent, mankind fell from grace. They were sent into the wilderness which is Egypt to be redeemed from their fall.

Rv:20:1: And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
Rv:20:2: And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
Rv:20:3: And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

And that these were those that the children of Adam married:

Rv:20:5: But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Rv:20:6: Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Rv:20:7: And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
Rv:20:8: And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

Ez:38:2: Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
Ez:38:3: And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:

Meshech: who is drawn by force
Tubal: the earth; the world; confusion
Gog: roof; covering
Magog: covering; roof; dissolving

Is:24:19: The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.
Is:24:20: The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
Is:24:21: And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.
Is:24:22: And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.
Is:24:23: Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the Lord of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.

I may be the only person on this earth that believes that history repeats itself, but I believe that mankind is going to go through this process until we all come to the knowledge of God.

Eph:4:13: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

So here is one opinion for you Paul, as to where men came from at the time of Adam and Eve.

okee dokee lone,
i think you have succeeded in...losing me (you will indeed drive me into the hinter lands if you keep making me read the whole bible (only slight exageration) when you make a point! your point, i think, seems very obvious to you, but perhaps you can spell it out for the slower among us (read: ME) and just use the bible to support it? hears what i think you said: theres kind of a grand reincarnation of sorts going on and the last generation from the last go round were the left overs that the new generation and kids (adam and eve), had to procreate with? am i anywhere close?

I don't have a denomination Paul.

I learn from the bible alone. I was born a catholic on my mom's side. My dad is a protostant. At 16 I did attend a baptist church for about 3 months.
Attended different denominations over the years, but found them not very rewarding. Watched the tv evangelists for a while. Then read that The Holy Spirit teaches you all things. So I said "ok teach me".

Been reading and listening to the word of God for about 3 months straight now. No outside interference or teaching from men.
He is teaching and I am learning daily Amen!!

Why do you ask if I'm baptist? Do they believe history repeats itself too?

I believe God is neverending. Therefore he is always creating. He is the creator.

Bible says God rested the seventh day. Didn't say he didn't go back to work the next day.

I'm trying to be good here Paul, and not weary you with too many words LOL...

Lone,
i was being ironic when i asked if you are a baptist. your views are pretty unorthodox, so i just threw out a fairly orthodox name (baptist) for contrast...was intended to bring a smile. you seem to have a bit of buddhism in some of your beliefs, ever been there? you don't use to many words, i just like it if you weave a bit more of you in between all the scriptures. i have a bible, but here is the only place i have you.
