Do JW's believe I Thess 4:13-17 was fulfilled in 1914?

I do not understand the JW's take of those "in Christ" and the resurrection? Paul says in I Thess 4 that when Christ returns that those IN CHRIST will be caught up to meet him in the clouds. Does that mean only part of the "heavenly class" were already resurrected in 1914? JW's believe Christ ALREADY returned in 1914. So does that mean a real resurrection already occurred? Also,I thought all those who trust in Christ as Lord and Savior were IN CHRIST? This is all to hard to swallow for me.
