I don't think the EU has anything to do with prophecy. That was just people taking current events and trying to make them fit prophetic passages from the Bible. They've been doing that for centuries.
Some examples:

i read the posts and was wondering why people are on denial
about all of this
this is my opinion, and conclusions and mean no harm no to noone
first, the techonology is pretty much in the military,
the USA soon will have a completely radio controlled army,
that will go and fight without sending one human to battle
(if that is not a dreadful beast) I DONT KNOW WHAT IS
i think i see it like this
either the USA is the final beast, which God and Jesus will
destroy completely and never to be found again
or
the USA is the counterfit of the beast satan has made.
USA goes to countries killing women and children madly
and speaks like a dragon (meaning that everything it
achieves it does so using force)
satan will come, destroy the USA, everyone on earth will
have a blast because the USA is hated throught the land
america is probably the best lie ever told,
but that is not the point
when satan destroys america, then everyone will think
that the beast (satan) is amazing, because right now noone
could fight america and be succesful
and israel will find itself all of a sudden without america
and wont know what to do and make agreements
with the beast (europe-russia-china)
and then you will see the lawless one sitting where he shouldnt
be seating
and at that point
let those who are in judea flee to the mountains for you only have
one hour to get your sh*#&t together

one more thing
when cain killed Abel, God put a mark on cain's forehead
right now the only religious leader that has a mark on his forehead
is buddha
so!!!!!!!! that makes think that this east religion might just well be
the wolf dressed like sheep that our Lord Jesus spoke about
