 That's utter crap and they know it. About the funniest excuse possible given the situation though.

Fine and dandy. But it's still against the law. You know, public place? They probably did it there to make a point. You're right, FFT. This is laughable.

Better that it be two consenting adults rather than a priest raping a child, which unfortunately is the prevalent form of sex in churches.
