Malachi 4:5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
Once a person has studied the mission of Elijah, to turn the people back to God....they will then see the mission of the SDA church, as doing the very same work. |

How could the SDA fill this role, when they worship the same false, unbiblical God of the Trinity like all the other mainline churches? |

Hey Pete,
What would be your position on Elijah's mission then?.
James 1:19

Revelation 11:3
3And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Malachi 5:4 says Elijah will come again. We haven't had him come yet. So we can safely assume that one of the two witnesses is Elijah. The other is up to some Debate right now. |

Ok....so Elijah is one of the two witnesses during the tribulation, who get's killed and then resurrected for everyone to fear right?

| Thats what we can assume since the Malachi prophecy hasn't come to pass yet and it would fit because the witnesses are 3.5 years before the great and dreadful day of the Lord. |

It's an interesting read but leaves out some key points from scripture that the two witnesses can be niether, Elijah, Enoch nor Moses.
First, both Enoch and Elijah were translated, in order to be translated one must pass from corruption to incorruption. In all cases pertaining to those who have died twice, neither Elijah or Enoch died. In fact, God was so pleased with Enoch that he is never to see death.
Hebrews 11:5
| Quote: | | 5By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. |
Hebrews 11:5 teaches us that Enoch will not die and that he has already put on incorruption. His victory over death is complete.
Ref. 1Cor. 15:54
| Quote: | | 54So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. |
So if what is said about Enoch is true then the same can be said about Elijah to be true as he also has been taken to heaven already and now cannot see death.
If we are to go with the staus quo that Hebrews 9:27 is an "absolute rule" according to the site you linked and that it is not a "general rule", then all the "living" Church Saints at the time of the Rapture must also see death at some point which then goes gainst 1Cor. 15:51 and 1Thess. 4:15-17.
As far as Moses is concerned, the fact that the miracles performed by the two witnesses are similar to that of Moses and Elijah is hardly sufficient evidence for us to conclude that Moses is one of them as well. God on the other hand is always the one in control and therefore any similarities to the miracles performed by the two witnesses in relation to both Moses and Elijah can be attributed to it being the one true God who performed similar miracles through others in ancient times.
What we can conclude from Zechariah 4:11-14 is, God will raise up two witnesses for Himself during the Tribulation and most likely they will come out of Israel (Jewish descent) and work their ministry within Israel, where the work of the 144,000 will be world wide.
Peace
