The amount of waight loss programs and ideas out there is just mind boggling Rolling Eyes

But its not just about loosing waight. Anyone who has tried this on more than one occasion will know what I mean Smile

Nobody is the same. We are all Uniquely made. But with that we also react differently to various things mentaly and phisicaly.

Therfor someone offering a crash diet or a method too loose waight fast is just playing with your mind. One of the tatest ones I saw was: Eat all you want when you want and loose waight. For a one time payment of just 15 dollars we will show you how! basicaly you can eat like a pig, But you also have to exercize until you drop too Laughing

From my perspective: Loose waight gradualy so that your body can adjust to the change. I guarentee that most people who loose waight fast tend to put waight on again even faster! I wonder how many of you can identify with that? Laughing

I force myself to do more around the house since I am not big in sports apart from golf. I do this mentaly too by teaching myself to think more positively. Both techniques help me to have a more abundant life phisicaly and mentaly. and finaly just for the record: I used to eat like a high speed locomotive, Fast without breaks Exclamation
