Hovind is effectively off the table. He owes so much money to the government that defrauding the suckers will just go right to Uncle Sugar; why would he want to do that?
Ultimately, he fell to the hubris that gets every con man in the end; he got so good at it that he thought he could con a jury.
Takes years of law school and a bit more than normal intelligence to do that. |

In other words, even if Hovind went to law school for years, then the jury still would have convicted him. |

Yes! The evolution-cult hates him, they will do anything to stop him from slaughtering them in debates, I guess they got to the jury first!

Yes, somebody totally needed to 'get to the jury first' to show that he has been deliberately NOT PAYING HIS TAXES. |

Wow. Do you mean that they framed him? For tax evasion? Or maybe the 'evolution-cult' threatened to murder the jury members unless they voted to convict.
Or maybe, just maybe, he was guilty as charged. Just an idea. |

No I mean If they truly believed creation, they would not convict him, they must have believed in evolution.
If he was in South Africa he would get like an award or something! You know only 2% of murderers are convicted in South Africa.

How delightfully honest a thing for you to point out. |

So a creationist jury would ignore the fact that he illegally withheld his tax money and they would just let him go?

Umm, I think that maybe you should view this unfortunate statistic in your country as a BAD thing. |

...because if they truly believed creation, then all of a sudden he would have paid all those taxes, or do you mean he just wouldn't have owed taxes any more?
Do you even know what you're talking about? I sure don't know what you're talking about... |

| They saw his reason, and they saw that it wasn't good enough. Do you know what his reason was? |
