I think if a husband or wife places their spouse or children at risk of mental or physical abuse, such that a criminal complaint might be issued is grounds for divorce. Further, I think if a spouse is unfaithful, the faithful spouse can divorce (Matthew 5:31-32) My advice, however, because my beliefs may not match yours, is to seek the counsel of your Christian family members and pastors in your church. If you are in physical danger, report your situation to those in governmental authority.
