Atoz, why turn a miracle of God in to a negetive response? |

Just think we're told all the time that prayer don't work.
I wish they truely knew. God answers prayer! My God is a healing God!
God Bless,
Nobby |
Isn't that the truth? It's too bad many don't understand the positive impact of prayer and a close relationship with God.

But how old is she?
With everything working so well,
that cd be like a fire flaring before it burns out!
But I hope that I am wrong!smile |
Dear atoz,
Two...no three verses came to mind after thinking about your post above.
Be still and know that I am God.
Perfect love casts out fear.
In all things be thankful.
And one more: Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say rejoice.
I think that this is where you are coming from. Yes?
If so....I understand what you're saying here.
Sometimes things don't turn out the way we want them to.....our God is with us in the midst of pain and disappointment....bringing another kind of healing.
Is this what you meant? Or am I way off in my understanding? smile
Loveyou, Di |

Sorry, Nobby, I meant that negative as a positive: to enhance the miracle: there are miracles in both the positive and the negative, with even greater miracles in the negative.
That's why I asked P2022 about her age.
John 11:
25Jesus said unto her,
I am the resurrection, and the life:
he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
26And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.
Believest thou this?
Plus, all the people who were miraculously born,
and who JC miraculaously healed after they got sick before they died---subsequently died--miraculously.
with the Miracle of Love in both life and death,
atoz |

| Atoz: My aunt is 77 years old. My mother (her sister) is 87. My mother is the oldest of the sisters. Their mother lived to be 98. Their father lived to be 93. I really don't know what that has to do with anything. Even if she dies today, what happened was a gift from God that defies medical knowledge or understanding. The gift of life that God gives by His love and grace should never be trivialized or taken for granted. God gives it for purpose and a reason. If the reason was for no other purpose than for the two of us to spend the hour and half alone together in love and sharing, then that is sufficient for me. My aunt took care of me when I was first born, taught me how to walk, etc. That God did a miracle is beyond doubt to me. That this may be a "flare" before the fire goes out, I will not address as it has no meaning to me. God bless. |

Great response pastor. I am so happy that God has shown His wondrous works in your aunt. Whatever the reason, it still shows how much glory God gives to those who ask. Praise the Lord! |

| Just talked with my cousin who told me that my aunt is doing so good the doctors are going to release her tomorrow from the hospital! She has gained some weight and her heart is working perfectly! Her cardiologist told my cousin that he is dumbfounded at the condition that my aunt is in presently and that she should not be alive! Well, God obviously knows more than medical science! My cousin is arranging for her and my uncle to go into an assisted living home tomorrow since my aunt will be unable to care for my uncle right away who has dementia. I do so appreciate all of your prayers and I give praise to God for doing His marvelous work of grace and love. God bless all of you. |
