Prayer for my aunt

I would like to ask you to pray for my aunt, Aline Harrell in Texas. She was admitted to the hospital Friday in critcal condition with heart problems. The doctor had given her a blood pressure pill because of heart irregularity and her heart rate dropped dangerously. We almost lost her Friday night. They had hoped Saturday to get her stable enough to put in a pacemaker but were unable because her kidneys have now shut down to only 50%. Last night the heart doctor has told my cousin that there is no use in trying to put in the pacemaker as she will not make it and it will do no good. My aunt is asking for me and I will be going over there tomorrow to see her. She is a great Christian lady. Her son committed suicide several years ago and she only has her daughter (my cousin) and her husband who has dementia left. I would appreciate your prayers. God bless.

Aline has had a lot of suffering in her life. I pray that the Lord will bring her peace and that you will minister to her and she to you. God bless you both and may you have travelling mercies.

Well...God is still a God of miracles! Late Sunday night my aunt took a dramatic turn for the better! Monday morning as I was on my way there they took her in for the pacemaker. I got there about the time they were through. The cardiologist told us that the procedure was a success and that her heart is functioning fine! I was able to spend several hours with her alone while my cousin went to get my uncle. During that time, the renal doctor came in and said that her kidneys were now functioning must better and that they were taking her off the medications to make her kidney work! Pulmonologist came in and said her lungs were working now perfectly! OT came in said that today they would start working with her along with PT. The only thing we need to concentrate on now is getting her weight back up. She now weighs only about 101lbs. Her normal weight is about 140. Thanks for all your prayers! God is a miracle working God! God bless.
