In other words, the ACL-Sue hasn't on the right side of an issue since 1954 in Brown.

Unfortunately, I'm not having much luck finding the exact driver.
Furthermore, I realized that, unless I feel like making a big enough fuss to get into the news (which I really don't want to do), I'm not going to have any proof other than my account, and I doubt anyone would accept that.
Not sure this is going to pan out.

You could always get someone to go with you and video it and then put it on YouTube or something like it.
