| My nephew is 17, just found out he's going to be a father & is totally in love w/his girlfriend. He ran away from home to be w/her & his family hasn't heard from him. He's been put on the runaway list by the police. Please pray for this family. My BIL, my husband's brother has abandoned this child, signing away his rights as a parent. That in itself is a long story; however, my ex-SIL is worried sick that he's gone forever. I pray that's not the case. |

Am praying for him.
He is in God's everlasting arms of Love.
He is really God's child---so he is going to be ok.
We were all stepmoms & stepdads all along.
with love,

Thanks TSS & Hekkler. I'm a little concerned still because it seems as if his mother, my ex-SIL is trying to do everything she can to keep them apart. She doesn't like this girl, and rightly so because this girl has caused a lot of problems for the family; however, I keep trying to tell her that the more she tries to do to keep them apart, the more he's running toward her. This woman is going to have his child & there's nothing anyone can do about it. If this is his choice, then it's his choice & we just need to pray that he keeps making the right decisions.
For the record, "as you sow, so shall you reap" is so true. My nephew's mother caused our family severe problems from day one of meeting her. She was married to my BIL for 12 years & then got involved w/another family member & continued the torture. They finally divorced about 5 years ago & because I wanted a relationship w/the children because they are our nephews & nieces, I made peace w/her & have arranged to have regular visits w/the kids. Now, ironically, this girl is giving her family a hard time. Coincidence? I don't think so. God's words ring true over & over again don't they? |
