SS - I am a little confused about your response in that you said the 7th day Sabbath was part of the Gospel message. You gave Revelations 14:6, 7 as your reference verses, and yet when I read these verses I seen no reference to the 7th Day Sabbath.

Can you help me to understand how you see that reference to the Sabbath in those scriptures ??

Thank you
You bet !
I'm glad you asked.

Revelation 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Exodus 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
20:10 But the seventh day [is] the sabbath of the LORD thy God: [in it] thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that [is] within thy gates:
20:11 For [in] six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them [is], and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Now then, I'm going to bring out the wording of these 2 different Bible verses, so you can compare them....

OK ?

Everything highlighted in red......'EverLasting Gospel'.....to worship HIM who made heaven and earth and the sea, fountains of water.....
is the same as the 4th commandment (Exodus 20:8-11), which ties the 7th day sabbath to the worship of HIM who made everything.

The Jews of the OT understood this and that is why they held their church services on the 7th day sabbath, as they had the Gospel message, in their day also.

The Jewish converts, understood the fact of the 7th day sabbath was never to be changed because God was still to be regarded as the creator, and the re-creator ( as in the born-again experience).

And, the 7th day sabbath symbolizes that fact....
20:12 Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I [am] the LORD that sanctify them.

20:20 And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I [am] the LORD your God.

Yes, your scriptures were very helpful and I now see how you tie the Sabbath in with Rev 14:6-7. Thank you

I believe the everlasting gospel message is plainly stated in 1 Cor 15:1-4. Also I see how you tie in the Sabbath with Rev 14:6-7 but scripture tells us they that worship Him must worship in Spirit. I am sorry but I do not believe it interpret as you said.

By the way are you doing alright missed you for about a week there ?

Yes, satan tried to mess me up my computer for awhile there.

If satan can control the weather, computers can't be to hard for him either.
