Not long enough..LOL..(SMILE)!!

You truly never know in which direction the Lord is going to send you.
I was working in the printshop back about hmm must be 3 years ago now.. Shocked

I've been out of the workplace seems like forever, out on the road with my hubby..or home doing paperwork..

I just got this incredible bad feeling..I was seeing things in my mind that I didn't want to know about in detail.
(not goin there).. Crying or Very sad

Anyways..
I picked up the bible again and started reading..And I got stuck under the law. I wanted to go and scream to the world..KNOCK IT OFF..REPENT!!
And I got online and this was the very first forum I came to.
And here is Silver Surfer...You have to keep the sabbath or your going to hell..
I came in praising him..You are so right!!
I knew "something" had to change, the world was heading for disaster.. Shocked

I hung around even after others were trying to explain that we weren't under the law anymore, that we have been set free by faith through God's grace.
Took me a long while to understand that.
(and I still go there sometimes..for a refresher course.. Rolling Eyes

)

And so I started really digging and looking up verses and doing word searches, whatever way I could find that would help me understand, what is it Lord, that you want from me??

Keep diggin... Confused or disgusted

So whenever someone would bring up a topic or ask a question, I would search that word, that context, that thought everywhich way in the bible.
Not everything that glitters is gold.. Wink

And not everything that looks good is good, or that appears evil is evil.

I still see those images in my mind...they literally break my heart. And maybe that's what God wanted me to see, to soften me up..so that I would be broken enough to heal.
And through healing learn how to love instead of despise.
To be merciful instead of vengeful. To be forgiving rather than condemning...

I'm still digging...and I'm still learning..

everyday...

God says..don't give up..
I believe God blessed me with this place. The people, the topics, the birdseye and the inside view of how people think and how they feel...I can't see their faces, I don't know if they wear glasses or have pierced tongues and ears, I don't know if they hang out in their underwear or if they get dressed up everyday. I don't know if they comb their hair, if they take showers everyday, I don't know if they according to the "worlds" standard are beautiful or ugly...

And frankly none of that matters to me one iota.
Everyone here is beautiful to me because they are beautiful in God's eyes, just the way he made them.
And I appreciate every gift God sends our way..which gifts are you all.

There may come a time when the Lord feels it's time to send me back into the world...but for now I just sit in my little cubby hole or in the cab of the truck and pluck away with my pick and axe..sitting at the feet of the Lord, listening to what He is trying to show me..

and maybe..just maybe..this is the world he has chosen for me.. Wink

And I have no complaint with that... Very Happy
