Well, here is the deal...

I need some practical approaches to balancing my life. I work l o n g hours (self employed thing) and I have a hard time finding ways to cut that off. My life is dominated by work related things and I want to re-balance my life.

So does anyone have insights or experiences that would be helpful.

Hopefully, I am not the only one with this kind of struggle as that would make me rather superficial.

So, suggestions, stories about what works for you, I am all ears.
