Oh my Trinity? You're not thinking what I think you're thinking are YOU??!!
When will we listen to the Islamophobes who are declaring ethnic cleansing of Muslims from the lands of the West??
Like Giuliani's official, John Deady, who says:
"[Rudy's] got I believe the knowledge and the judgement to attack one of the most difficult problems in current history and that is the rise of the Muslims, and make no mistake about it, this hasn't happened for a thousand years. These people are very dedicated and they're also very very smart in their own way. Endorsement of ethnic cleansing, even genocide, of Muslims? Maybe it was a mistake and Im taking his words out of context? Nope...
Greg Sargent just interviewed the guy. He is John Deady, the co-chair of Veterans for Rudy in New Hampshire, and he is not backing off his original comments, telling Greg: "I don't subscribe to the principle that there are good Muslims and bad Muslims. They're all Muslims." LINK

 Hold on a sec... just so I can get this straight.
On one hand, you have people talking about protecting themselves against Islamic Extremists (if there is a distinction) and on the other hand you have individuals strapping explosives to themselves and killing women and children all across the globe in the name of furthering their 'peaceful religion'... and your worried about those who want to protect themselves.
I'm not exactly sure where in those references it stated we were going to or anyone intended to persecute Muslims for practicing their faith... peacefully. What I did see is that those who feel it necessary to kill others because of their 'faith' were going to be sought out.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised...  |
