I hope Silver reads this. Hes the one who reminded me.
Also, another can of worms perhaps 11?
Ecclesiastes 9:4 For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.
Ecclesiastes 9:5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.
Does this mean that the ones who suffer the second death will not know whom they were in life or anyone that has died, regardless of where they end up? |

Hi Maverick. God has promised to wipe away all sorrows and tears. What that exactly means is hard to say, but if it's promised, you can put your trust in it.

Life can be tough Maverick.. One of the toughest lessons I had to learn is that everyone's spiritual journey is their own. It's not easy to look forward when your heart calls you backwards, but in order to get people to follow, you must lead. |

Hi Maverick1337!

If I understand your question correctly, then I would answer "Yes". Those that suffer the second death will know nothing of themselves, for they will be destroyed in the lake of fire.

Everyone that preaches the gospel of Christ, should care.

Life can be tough... especially when people keep putting their foot in their mouths. I wonder, who would follow a person with one foot in their mouth? For, surely they would keep falling down again and again...
And then... who would want to be such a "leader"? _________________ Peace

Hi M1337,
Great questions.
To understand the answers,
we have to look at what JC said in Luke 9:60:
Let the dead bury the dead.
The dead, who are burying the physically dead, must be those who are physically alive but already spiritually dead.
This means that:
The first death is our spiritual death:
the death of the spirit of Love.
And that the 2nd Life is the Life of Love: to be born again is to have spiritual life: the Life of the spirit of Love.
John 3:1-8.
And that the 2nd death is our physical death.
This is confirmed in 1 Tim 5:
6But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth [and she knows and she etc].
This also means that the person,
who is already dead spiritually when alive,
dies twice or are twice dead when they die physically.
Jude 1:
12These are spots in your feasts of Love[Love-feasts],
when they feast with you,
feeding themselves without fear:
clouds they are without water,
carried about of winds;
trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit,
twice dead,
plucked up by the roots;
So
Ecclesiastes 9:4 means:
for the person that is living in Love,
there is hope, which works by Love:
for a living dog in Love or in Christ
is better than
a lion that is alive but whose Love is spiritually dead.
This is what JC said in John 11:25-26:
And Ecclesiastes 9:5 means:
For those living in Love know that they shall die:
but the spiritually dead, those without Love for everything know not any thing, 1 Cor 13:2
neither have they any more a reward;
for the memory of them is forgotten: Love is what makes memory work. Hatred for words causes people to lose their memory and causes alzheimer's.
John 11:
25Jesus said unto her,
I am the resurrection, and the life:
he that believeth in me,
though he were dead,
yet shall he live:
26And whosoever liveth
and believeth in me
shall never die.
Believest this?
This means that the ones who suffer the second death---which is PHYSICAL DEATH--- will know whom they were in life or anyone that has died, regardless of where they end up---since, when they were SPIRITUALLY DEAD but physically alive, they also knew who they were and etc.
This also means of course that God will have to teach them sometime some way for the very first time his saving knowledge of Love-- ---since they were never had their first chance and were never ever called by God to Love and to Christ.
John 6:44-45. Jer 31:3.
Hope that helps.
with Love,
atoz
PS:
Without understanding about how important the attitude or Spirit of Love is to God,Mt 22:36-40,
we must conclude the exact opposite to the above:
That physical death is the 1st death,--when it really is the 2nd death,
and
that spiritual death is the 2nd death,-- when it really is the 1st death.
Please see Acts 17:6 for another such mix-up:
People thought that the world was right-side up, --when it was really upside down. |

It's talking about the fact that when you die you're not exactly aware of anything any more. _________________ When Science was in its crib, Religion tried to strangle it.
