I will pray that you stay away from tables... they seem to give you nothing but trouble..
Oh yeah, I'll pray for quick healing too....

| i pray that you will find many blessings in your life through the pain in your back, i pray that you can use that pain to be united to christ more deepy as it helps you ponder the pain in Christs back as he carried his cross. |

take two aspirin, and grab an ice pack. Place the ice pack on the sore spot for twenty minutes then go soak in a hot bath for another twenty minutes and get a full nights rest.
It should feel better in the morning...
If not...repeat the above proceedure.
