Good morning everyone.

I'm new to the forums but not to bible study. I can't remember a time when I wasn't aware of God. Sunday School and church were just a part of my whole life, and though there have been times when I drifted away from church attendance, I have never known a time when I haven't had to ask for help, and who better to approach than God when you need help?

I am 64 years old, have 3 wonderful sons, their wives, the 8 precious grandchildren that they blessed me with. They have all gone their own directions but we keep in touch and I can't think of a day where I don't praise our Lord for the blesssings he has given me.
Seems that every day presents us with new questions, happenings that I don't understand and I have to constantly open my bible to try to find the answers. I hope to make many friends and find guidance through my membership here.

Nice to meet you.

There have been many times in my life when I've drifted....
And sometimes right before I'd go on a long walk, I would pray...
God, please don't let me forget you. No matter how long I stay away, please always find a way to turn me back.

I wandered for a real long time... just doin my thing, havin a grand ole time. Then one day...usually something small, a sound, a sunset, whatever..makes me think..where am I?

And for awhile I get all quiet and study and seperate myself from the world, and when I'm not careful, get that..I'm better than thou attitude..LOL..

That's about the time the Lord sends me on another walk about.
But each time...It's like a sense that I'm straying, but before I forget, I ask...don't let me forget you Lord.

The last time I prayed that, was about 2 years ago. And because of this forum and the awesome people here, I am reminded daily of God in my life.

And I know that God sent me here for a reason... Wink

So I wouldn't forget.

well, enough about me...(they think I'm crazy..LOL)... Razz

probably wish I would forget...hahaha....

But God blesses me with each and everyone of you guys...
EVERY DAY... Very Happy

Hi, welcome. I have been on this board a few months, but I have been a Christian for almost 25 years. I have found life a lot easier with God in the picture. I have 3 children, 2 of them have special needs (one is autistic and the other is ADHD/Asperger's Syndrome). Without my faith, I would have fallen apart a long time ago.

I am always glad to see someone who is a true Christian in his or her heart. Cool

Hi there ChristineS and Lone-Traveler. Happy to make your acquaintance's. Just got back from a long trip to the grocery store and put all my groceries away so I'm praising that that chore is over with Laughing
