in the book of revelations i have found the following.

revelations 11:14 the second woe has passed; the third woe is coming soon.

could some please explain to me what the woes are are where i may find the firsth and third woe.

Hi Andy 82. Revelation 9, the locusts are the 1st woe. The 4 angels bound in the Euphrates is the 2nd woe.

If I'm not mistaken, in Rev. 11 it tells us that the third woe is coming soon. In Chapter 15, the angel blasts the seventh trumpet & the seven bowls of God's wrath are descended. It includes the rising of the Antichrist into full power & it's the worst of the three woes. As far as I know, this is meant for the followers of the Antichrist. And they still refuse to worship Him. Quite the opposite. They curse Him instead.

Re.8:13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the THREE angels, WHICH ARE YET TO SOUND!

The three Woes are the Fifth (Re.9:1-12), Sixth (Re.6:12-17), and Seventh (Re.11:14-19) TRUMPET events.
