i was born and raised in buffalo n.y.and moved here to ore city texas 6 yrs ago.i just love texas its so nice here where i live by the lake.
ps:  i get to wear sunglasses cause of the bright and hot sun here lol. |

Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota during the depression era. Traveled some with the AAF during WW2. Got married, and moved to Chicago area, where I spent a whole lot of years as an artist/illustrator meeting outrageous deadlines. Paint at my own leisure nowadays, and it's nice to finally have the time for Biblical research.
Oh yeah, five kids showed up along the way. |

Well, I am "from" the Appalachian region of North Carolina, in that I was born there, but by the time I was eighteen, I had lived in Mobile and Auburn AL, Memphis TN, Asheville NC, Alexandria, Arlington and Falls Church VA, LA, Pasadena and West Covena CA, Huntsville AL, north Palm Beach county FL, and Marietta GA.
Went into the Navy, spent most of that time in North Florida, then off to California.
Then rambled around for another ten years 'til I found my wife in Colorado, took her to Maine to get married, and then rambled about some more, to land in the Ozarks, where I am, now.
never felt at home more than where I live, now.
(Whew)
