Ryck,

He uses his bible and the KJV ONLY when it says what he agrees with. So what you are attempting to say about me? So if I create a new bible out of all the things I want it to say and I quote it all the time that makes me correct? What are you trying to say? What does it make me look like? I can take it tell me. Please explain.

dabmci, I didn't accuse you of anything. Especially of creating a new Bible - whatever that means.

Chill-out, ok?

Peace!

Ryck,

[b}What does it make me look like?[b] is what you said. That is what I was addressing. I am cool, always have been. Just want to know what you meant by that statement. Nothing more.

I do not judge people. I can recognize when someone is being unreasonable, or a ridiculer. My exposing that makes me a "name caller". Confused or disgusted

Tbax,

I do understand. Like I said before I have learned plenty from reading your post and matching it up with scriptures. You seem to know much about the bible, but not all. There is much room for learning on your part as well. Laughing

Question Question Question Question In regaurds to what scripyute says and you confirm it says ie Crist being the great teach (just one of many things), or in regards to what scripture says and your interpation does not match up to ie Christ being the Archangle Michael (just one of many). I understand this is what the JW as a whole believe correct?

You have a problem that we believe Jesus was the great teacher? Is that what you said?

JW's believe Jesus was a created being. As such he is the second most powerful person in the universe. Although the scriptures don't spell it out, it is a reasonable conclusion that Jesus is the Archangel. Where did you see this discussion about the Archangle Michael that you believe I was wrong about?

Start a new topic thread and we will discuss. Cool

It wasn't "Your Brothers" decision. It was MINE. I've shown you in the bible what Jesus says. I can't do more than that for you. If even Jesus can't reach you, how can I?

Tbax,

I also believe Jesus was and is the great teacher. As for Jesus being the Archangel Michael it is not reasonable to believe that. It's making the scripture say what you want it to say, but I will if there is no thread on it create one soon on that subject.

Oh I see.

Just goes to show that I wasn't accusing you personally and had no recollection that I did. I was just hinting of the POSITION you may be putting yourself in.

And that is you would make youself look as a persecuter of Christians if your main complaint is they use their Bibles for their defense.

It wasn't the JW church that cancelled her membership. There was no JW church action on her for crimes against the church. She said that she resigned from the JW church. The decision was with her not with them.

Ryck,

I would agree with Tbax on this point. You seem to be pretty reasonble. Also on another note I was just stating that when JW's want you to believe there bible is just like the KJV they will quote something they agree with from the KJV and then proceed to use there bible for all other discussions. The unknowning or unlearned person believes that what the (NWT) bible is saying is the same as what is in the KJV bible and that is far from the truth.
