and where is the cry about the separation of church and state?
What do you think the response would be if the State Dept sold a calendar of "2009 Cathedrals of America Wall Calendar: Limited Edition for Easter."?
or even "2009 Temples of America Wall Calendar: Limited Edition for Purim."?
something about Goose and Gander seems to ring a bell...

I was thinking the same thing.
Anyone remember the grand commotion regarding having the Ten Commandments or the Christmas Tree on public buildings? I'd like to have explained to me how this or having public feet washing stations have to be exempt from the same kind of commotion. |
