Actually, Evee, Jesus told Mary, "Stop clinging to Me!" Apparently, she was holding on so tight that Jesus thought she might not let go... and He was scheduled to ascend into heaven in forty days!

I actually smile when I read this saying of Jesus, because it shows He had a sense of humor.

Thanks for the correction. Here it is from John 17 -- Jesus said, "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, 'I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.' "

I should have known b/c later in the chapter we read that Thomas had to see & touch Jesus' hands to believe it was really Him.

As soon as the Investigative Judgment of Christians is over with.
Revelation 22:10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward [is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

******************************************
1 Peter 4:17 For the time [is come] that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if [it] first [begin] at us, what shall the end [be] of them that obey not the gospel of God ?

Quote:

Before the Great Tribulation or after.

The Great Tribulation period is where the living Christian will go thru the Judgment process, in their daily lives.
