I am far from upset about this, as a matter of fact, I am happy to get such a response, whether it be positive or negative. It means that people are paying attention. Let me start by answering your question. I do need clarification on what you mean exactly by organization. Because there are many different organizations of Pentecostal. Many different doctrines. My beliefs are simple. Do what the Bible instructs us to do. For salvation, you must obey Acts 2:38. This is the foundation of the Church, and if not obeyed, then no, no man/woman can inherit the kingdom of God. As far as being a member of any organization, whether it be Pentecostal, or Methodist, or Presbyterian, these names of organizations do not signify your spiritual status. All that matters, is that you obey the Bible. There is one truth, and anything other than that is a lie from Hell. Receive the Holy Ghost(Holy Spirit, as some like to call it) which is evidenced by speaking in other tongues. You must be baptized, submerged in water, in the name of Jesus'. I do not believe that you have to be a member of my church or organization. You simply follow the Bible's instructions. I hope that this has clarified for you all what I believe. Thanks.

so water baptism is then...essential to salvation right?...
