Introducing myself

Hello everyone. I'm Hanlan. I'm a 23 year old Oklahoman, and very excited to have found this place. I am a recently converted Christian, an experience brought on by my reading of the book we're here to discuss. I'm not affiliated with any church, though I hope to find one I can feel good joining soon. I work in retail, which is an adventure in itself, and like to write in my spare time. I hope to one day be able to write for a living, or at least part of a living. So far the books of the Bible that I'm most interested in (that is to say, puzzled by) would have to be Genesis and Revelation. I haven't actually read the Revelation yet, because in my reading straight through cover to cover I'm only just now starting first Corinthians, however having been raised among the Doomsayers that are so common in my part of the country I feel like I know it at least a little.
