I don't think anyone even the most bizarre democrat who wants our troops to literally run out of the country of Iraq. When we finally left Vietnam it took awhile and it will in Iraq also.
The problem has been that we literally don't have any really fresh troops to replace the ones still there.
Long time no see, Pondering. |

Been a busy summer...some of it fun with vacation and family visits...some of it super-hectic with a position change at work...sorry I haven't posted more, but the topics moved past some areas I was posting in, though I still try to check in regularly |

The jist of Hillary's questions:
Gen Petraeus, you liar,... even though the numbers tell us the surge is working, our troops have Al Queda on the run, Iraqis are now turning against Al Queda and chasing them out of their neighborhoods, I understand that there are numerous Iraqi children who don't have XBox 360... so how in the world are we to believe that we are making progress in Iraq now... |

| BTW... I don't think Obama asked one question... he only made speeches. I think he was afraid to ask a question for it would expose him as someone who has spent the majority of his life in the Illinois State Senate and has no real experience... (which is the truth - and we won't have none of that now) |

agree...the scary part is, there are alot of folks that are still pushing an "alternate" reality and flat out refuse to recognize abject facts....they're pandering the crowd that they feel WILL go vote...
I'm concerned, but optimistic that "sanity" will prevail.
I literally have looked at becoming an ex-pat if a certain female candidate wins the general election... |

doh..sorry...Ex-pat is short for ex-patriot...meaning someone that retains their citizenship of origin but resides in another country, probably on a permanent basis |

Ah-hah... I see now. I have considered as much myself. I thought about Canada.... but they are just as much a bunch of pink-o libs as those who would elect Lucy-fur.. Also... I just can stand the cold anymore. I have a strip map to the Baja, along with $10,000 cash, in the glove box of my car... I figured I could at least make a go it with that. |

BUMP
The surge appears to be working despite the best efforts to derail or ignore it. Just thought I'd bump this up just in case some of you forgot. |

Suggestions?
Thought so... other than cut, run, let them start slaughtering each other... you have NO suggestions on how to resolve the situation... other than... whatever that succinct analysis was...
Ignore the facts, call our servicemen murdering goose stepping thugs, and try to say your opinion is predicated on your faith. You are a piece of work Sir.
Your creditability is no longer an issue I see.

Oh... that is indeed hilarious TSS. The murdering of a former head of state... a former head of state of a nuclear power. Hold on... let me catch me breath from laughing so hard... |

Odd... you were denying you ever said this over on the other thread... but hey... this is here and no one ever reads more than one thread... so I guess you are safe. |
