Sound like promises to me..
That's right....God promises to put His laws into the heart and mind of whosoever is willing to be His child.
THEN.....they will be His people and HE will be their God.

Too bad the next part of this prophecy has not been accomplished

Jer 31:34 and they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying: 'Know the LORD'; for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD; for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more.

You're right !
The Bible says that those who DO NOT keep the commandments of God ...DON'T know Jesus Christ......

1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

2:5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

That part is not in the verse , you added that like most false teachers do..

Those are unconditional promises. In fact the new testament blood causes Gods true people to keep his statues..

ezk 36

23And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.
24For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.

25Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. 26A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

ss this is the God I serve , He saves His people by promises..He does it all,

You serve an Idol , your god is a false god.. and you teach a false gospel and pervert the gospel of grace..

Paul says to people like you :

Gal 1:

6I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— 7which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! 9As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!

no, He does not do it all.....the Bible does not say that.

Phillippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

There is a part humans play, in the Plan of Salvation.
And that part is called, Obedience ...to everything God says to do, including ALL God's commandments....

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:
2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

This is one of the elements of Grace: Romans 1:5 By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:
1:6 Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:

Did you know that Paul wrote more than just the book of Galations ?

Did you know Paul taught the people about God's commandments ?

Paul also said this.....
Romans 2:13 (For not the hearers of the law [are] just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

And this.....Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Romans 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness ?

OH, there is so much more, BUT the question is.....will you consider what else Paul wrote ?

working out your own salvation..

I thought this was interesting:

Job 40:6 ¶ Then answered the LORD unto Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
Job 40:7 Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.
Job 40:8 Wilt thou also disannul my judgment? wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be righteous?
Job 40:9 Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him?
Job 40:10 Deck thyself now [with] majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.
Job 40:11 Cast abroad the rage of thy wrath: and behold every one [that is] proud, and abase him.
Job 40:12 Look on every one [that is] proud, [and] bring him low; and tread down the wicked in their place.
Job 40:13 Hide them in the dust together; [and] bind their faces in secret.
Job 40:14 Then will I also confess unto thee that thine own right hand can save thee.

hide them in the dust and bind their faces in secret.. Confused or disgusted

wonder what that means?

Thats the false god you serve, an Idol, I and the elect are born because of promise as Issach was..

gal 4:

28Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

The elects newbirth and salvation is contigent upon the promise of God, as he promised abe and sarah a son in their old age , his isaac birth was a result of Gods power and promise and not because of human obediance or effort, you ss are false teacher and unless God intervenes, in hell you are bound..

created in Christ Jesus

Though you use this verse in Ignorance, but nevertheless, those who are saved were created, men have nothing to do with being a new creation in christ as much as he had nothing to do as adam being created in the first adam, adam was powerless in his creation , so are those in the second adam, its all the power of God..

In the commission to His disciples, Christ not only outlined their work, but gave them their message. Teach the people, He said, "to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you."

The disciples were to teach what Christ had taught. That which He had spoken, not only in person, but through all the prophets and teachers of the Old Testament, is here included.

Human teaching is shut out.
There is no place for tradition, for man's theories and conclusions, or for church legislation.
No laws ordained by ecclesiastical authority are included in the commission.

None of these are Christ's servants to teach. "The law and the prophets," with the record of His own words and deeds, are the treasure committed to the disciples to be given to the world. Christ's name is their watchword, their badge of distinction, their bond of union, the authority for their course of action, and the source of their success.

Nothing that does not bear His superscription is to be recognized in His kingdom.

The gospel is to be presented, not as a lifeless theory, but as a living force to change the life. God desires that the receivers of His grace shall be witnesses to its power.

Those whose course has been most offensive to Him He freely accepts; when they repent, He imparts to them His divine Spirit, places them in the highest positions of trust, and sends them forth into the camp of the disloyal to proclaim His boundless mercy.

He would have His servants bear testimony to the fact that through His grace men may possess Christlikeness of character, and may rejoice in the assurance of His great love.

He would have us bear testimony to the fact that He cannot be satisfied until the human race are reclaimed and reinstated in their holy privileges as His sons and daughters.

In Christ is the tenderness of the shepherd, the affection of the parent, and the matchless grace of the compassionate Saviour. His blessings He presents in the most alluring terms.

He is not content merely to announce these blessings; He presents them in the most attractive way, to excite a desire to possess them.

So His servants are to present the riches of the glory of the unspeakable Gift.
The wonderful love of Christ will melt and subdue hearts, when the mere reiteration of doctrines would accomplish nothing. "Comfort ye, comfort ye My people, saith your God."

"O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God! . . . He shall feed His flock like a shepherd: He shall gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom." Isa. 40:1, 9-11.

Tell the people of Him who is "the Chiefest among ten thousand," and the One "altogether lovely." The Song of Solomon 5:10, 16. Words alone cannot tell it.
Let it be reflected in the character and manifested in the life.

(Desire of Ages, by E. White)
