Hi! I'm new :)

I just wanted to drop a note to say hello. I just signed up today. I hope that y'all can lead me in the right direction. I'm really looking for a specific sort of bible study, the kind that they have in Church meetings and such, something structured but not rigorous.

Welcome aboard! Good to see new names on this forum.
On the home page you might try going into the Bible books down at the bottom of the page. Not so many there yet, but it would be great if more of us post there!

Christysheart, you might look at the Study in Matthew that I posted. I am sure I missed the mark on some of them.

Or the one I posted on Matthew 9:13. Just for example (or as bad examples).

Then take a passage and study it. Try to figure out what the author was saying to his audience at the time of writing. Then try and determine if the passage contains timeless principles. And if it does, try to write down how to apply those principles to your life. And as Victoria wisely counseled, pray for understanding and insight at each step of the way.
