BTW, what haven't I responded to? and you are right, not everything in a post gets responded to (some of us do have to work for a living and spend some time with our families, eat, sleep, bathe... that kind of stuff.

You don't need to sacrifice ALL of those things. I'll bet that if you just cut out bathing, then that alone would enable you to write a lot more posts here.

No offense summertime, but I moderate two boards, which means I spend about 90% of my board time reading through all of the posts. Often times I have to choose which posts I have time to reply to, some require more research and thought and go on my 'come back to' list, unfortunately some of those fall by the wayside in the volumes of posts I go through everyday.
If you inquired about something that you really want to know about feel free to repeat it

No problem. One of the reasons (completely unintentioned to begin with) that my screen name is what it is, is to demonstrate to people how often they assume things, and to try to get them to step back and think and react critically after they realize that error.
However, my name, like most anyone elses on line has a particular meaning for me, the user. I just find it amusing that so many people jump right into the assumption and unfortunately, jump right into the personal attacks based on that assumption. All in all, when I get a response such as yours zadok, I realize that some good comes from some bad and it helps make things seem right in the world.
BTW, apology accepted. No harm, no foul.

| Personal attacks? What personal attacks? I deny everything, LOL. Let me explain why I did what I did. I like to take newborn babes in Christ by the hand and coach them along and be gentle in my encounters with them because they are new, novices so to speak so when they make statements that are unlearned or unbiblical etc, I tend to be gentle in guiding them. But those that would set themselves up as Preachers,Reverends etc, those that are supposed to be leaders of the flock and they come off as Biblically Illiterate, I tend to let them have it with both barrels, lol cause if they are leaders of the flock then they need to be sure of what they teach as teaching falsehoods due to their own Biblical Illiteracy can be a stumbling block to a babe in Christ and cause that person to falter. I dispise INTENTIONAL FALSE TEACHING. Many people have tried to persuade me that I should become a Preacher, "Reverend" etc because of how I teach and my 40 plus years of experience. However, I do not think that even with the years that I have been a student of Gods word that I am qualified to set myself up as a leader of Gods flock so I merely am content to call myself a student of Gods word. By the way, my Pastor has been teaching the word of God as a Preacher/ minister for over 50 years now but he still merely calls himself a STUDENT OF GOD'S WORD. And don't dare call Him REVEREND because we are taught that we are to ONLY REVERENCE GOD. That is a lofty and arrogant title. That's why I react the way I do towards those that call themselves Reverend. There's a method to my madness, LOL. |

All Christians are ministers of the Gospel of Christ. That is our purpose.

I want to be completely honest and point out that I never said I wasn't a Reverend, I simply stated that I never claimed to be one. I don't want anyone asserting that I stated something I did not state. I try very hard to say what I mean and mean what I say. I do not insinuate, or inimate, or allude. I say it as it is, if I say it wrong I correct it, if I say it where someone cannot understand, I try to make it clearer.
