Outside of the United Nations Has anyone seen anything that ties the U.S. in with end times?
Naturally the U.S. properly would not be in Revelation since it did not exist.
This woman is being protected from the serpant by having 2 great wings of an eagle where she is nourished for a time.
Rev 12:13,14
12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Two parent eagles were teaching their offspring, two young birds, the maneuvers of flight. They began by rising from the top of the mountain in the eye of the sun. It was about mid-day, and bright for the climate. They at first made small circles, and the young birds imitated them. They paused on their wings, waiting till they had made their flight, and then took a second and larger gyration, always rising toward the sun, and enlarging their circle of flight so as to make a gradually ascending spiral. The young ones still and slowly followed, apparently flying better as they mounted; and they continued this sublime exercise, always rising till they became mere points in the air, and the young ones were lost, and afterwards their parents, to our aching sight." (See Isa 40:31.) There have been observed in Palestine four distinct species of eagles, (1.) the golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos); (2.) the spotted eagle (Aquila naevia); (3.) the common species, the imperial eagle (Aquila heliaca); and (4.) the Circaetos gallicus, which preys on reptiles. The eagle was unclean by the Levitical law (Lev 11:13; Deu 14:12). |

The UN didn't exist either. Are you speaking of prophecy? In prophecy, things can exist that don't exist currently, can they not?

Yah I mean in prophecy, I know the UN did not exist either. I just wonder how the states plays into it all, because it appears to be all middle east, but i know it is not.
i see this woman, the church, bride or israel, given these wings like a great eagle after jesus (manchild) is caught up. she is being nourished and kind of like made safe from the devil. and I just wonder if that Eagle could be the U.S. -even though the U.S. can be just as evil as the rest. |

I am not being arrogant.  The USA has to play a part because anti christ power gets to rule for a time and all the nations wil be decieved. Never has the world been under one government.
Like the 10 horns 7 heads represent political powers that were and are and yet to come. or something like that. I know it plays a part because it is through the USA that the gospel is getting out there. Kind of like the way Daniel and Joseph got there positions for Israel.

This is true too, we would be scattered, then he gathers us later. There is no other country like USA in so many ways, especially the way the call it a melting pot. |

The Roman Empire was also symbolized by the eagle and this would make more sense timewise considering the birth of the man-child. Just my thoughts.  |

I think you are right Mojo.
it could be Rome easy because of the time right after Jesus was taken out of here...even up to the extension of Rome in the E.U. and U.N. at the present time.
The woman who gets these wings is not Mary. the woman would be the righteous seed of Israel, (or Israel) because the church was not born yet.
Then that flood goes out from the devil.
The remnant of her seed is the church clear up to us. Right?
What about verse 15 and 16???? anyone?
Revelation 12
1And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
2And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
3And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
6And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
7And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

the fact the flood comes out of the serpent's mouth tells us this is a flood of words, hoping to drown the woman with man's wisdom.
Isaiah 28: 2 "Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth (the serpent) with the hand."
Jer 46:7 "Who is this that cometh up as a flood, (the serpent) whose waters are moved as the rivers? [8] Egypt (the serpent) riseth up like a flood, and his waters are moved like the rivers; and he saith, I will go up, and will cover the earth; I will destroy the city and the inhabitants thereof."
daniel 9:26 .........and the end thereof shall be with a flood, (the serpent) and unto the end of the war desolations are determined."
Rev 11:8 "And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and EGYPT (the serpent) where also our Lord was crucified."(Jerusalem)
Actually, that exercise just pulled everything together for me. The flood of false witness from the serpent's mouth comes from Jerusalem, the Jews, spiritually called Sodom and Egypt.

Now I can say, "AMEN" To MoJo, Right on girl!!! I usually hate these conversations because they are so "newspapery" verses being given interpretation by the Spirit through Gods words.
You can definately taste the difference
Praise God for you really, half the time I think I'm losing my mind until you step in and I take a sigh of relief.

I think Gods knitting us together here I'll honor that, I feel the same way Smoke, I'm so thankful when theres unity, openess, and sharing in the right Spirit, I'll amen ya on that Smoke.
Its actually really nice that Smoke and Christina came because there is such a blessing in you both, glad your both here.
MoJo already knows I find her a special freind in the Lord, but it wont hurt to say it again now huh sis? 
This is awesome really. I usually find boards terrible, but this fellowship has pleasantly surprised me despite being out in the open.
